La-po, the virtuous and non-virtuous. The so-called "life" is the splendor of the Buddha, the power and strength of the Buddha, and the blessing and prayer. The so-called "Sya Ya-te Dan" means that it is the great thousand mantra. The so-called "Traka Mi" and so on. The so-called Great King Virtuous and Non-Virtuous is the King of the Naga demons. The so-called name is the Buddha and the Great Thousand Destroyer Mother, and the Great King Virtuous and Non-Virtuous. The so-called power is the power of this mantra. The so-called freedom is for the sake of the Buddha's eight freedoms. The so-called blessing is for sentient beings. The so-called harm of my demon is the Naga demon. The so-called pacification of all harms is for the sick and so on, which is blessed by the Virtuous and Non-Virtuous King. The so-called after that is after the explanation of the Four Great Kings. The so-called after that, the Blessed One at that time, after rising from Samadhi. The so-called before all the retinue is before the Hearers and Bodhisattvas, and the Four Great Kings and the gods. The so-called proclaiming the lion's roar is that selflessness is divided into three, that is, being without self-nature is pervasive calculation, and at the time of such calculation, it is empty because of it. Then, being selfless with incompatible self-nature is the freedom of others, such calculation is incompatible, and it arises depending on other conditions. Being selfless with self and common self-nature is perfect accomplishment, because it is empty from the beginning by calculating it. Thus, the three selflessnesses are the very self that makes everything fearful, or because of fearlessness, it is the lion's roar. The proclaimer is explaining to the retinue. The so-called I am the ten powers, that is, the power of place and non-place, doing good is the place of ascending to the heavens, and not the evil realms, it is according to the desires of others. Doing evil is the place of falling into the evil realms, and not the place of ascending to the heavens, it is according to the unwillingness of others, and so on. The so-called power of knowing the superior and non-superior roots, this is the kind of sharp roots. This is blunt

Knowing that they are of the Shravaka lineage, etc. Knowing the various realms means knowing the seeds. This is the lineage, potential, or imprints of a Shravaka. This is knowing the Pratyekabuddha's, Mahayana, etc. Knowing the various inclinations means knowing that beings are inclined towards Shravakas. This is knowing that they are inclined towards the Mahayana, etc. The power of knowing the four Dhyanas, Samadhi, Liberations, Samapattis, as well as defilement and purification, is the four Dhyanas, eight Liberations, Samadhi of victorious progress, etc., and the nine successive Samapattis, and the complete knowledge of the paths of Samsara and Nirvana. Combine them in order. Knowing the maturation of karma is knowing the maturation of the results of meritorious and non-meritorious actions, and unwavering actions, obtaining such and such results, etc. Knowing the path that goes everywhere means that by attaining higher realms, this is the path of everything. This is knowing the path by which Shravakas, etc., certainly attain excellence and proceed. Remembering past lives is remembering that in the past, in this place, such actions were taken, this was the father, this was the mother, and so on, knowing in detail. Knowing death and birth is knowing that this being died at this time with such a lifespan and cause, and was born in this place into such a lineage, etc. Knowing the exhaustion of defilements is knowing that I have understood suffering, abandoned the origin, realized cessation, and the path has arisen in my continuum, etc. Being fearless with the four fearlessnesses, what are the four fearlessnesses? I have vowed to attain perfect enlightenment, but if there are any Shramanas, Brahmins, Devas, Maras, Brahmas, or other beings in the world who claim that I have not manifested enlightenment with such Dharmas, I do not see such a valid reason. Because I do not see such a valid reason, I have attained happiness and have no fear.
