བཤད་དེ། འབྱུང་པོ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཅེས་པ་ནི་ཚོགས་བདག་གླང་པོ་ཆེའི་སྣ་ཅན་ལ་སོགས་པའོ། །ཐམས་ཅད་ཅེས་པ་ནི་མང་པོ་ཡོད་པས་ན་ཐམས་ཅད་དོ། །འགུགས་པར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་པ་ནི། དབང་དུ་བྱ་བའི་དོན་ཏེ། བདག་ཉིད་ནག་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་འགུགས་པར་འདོད་ན། བདག་ཉིད་མཚན་མོ་དུར་ཁྲོད་དུ་སོང་སྟེ། འབྲས་ཐུགས་པོ་ཆེའི་གཏོར་མ་བྱ་སྟེ། ཁྱིའི་ཤ་ཁྲག་དང༌། རའི་ཤ་ཁྲག་དང༌། དམ་རྫས་རྣམས་བསགས་ཏེ། བདག་ཉིད་ལྷའི་ང་རྒྱལ་དང་ལྡན་པར་བྱས་ཏེ། གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་མཇུག་ལ་ དེའི་སྲོག་སྙིང་བཏགས་ཏེ་བགྲངས་ན། དེ་ཉིད་ཨ་ཅི་བྱ་ཟེར་ནས་བདག་ཉིད་ཀྱི་དྲུང་དུ་འོང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེས་དེ་ལ་ཁྱོད་འདི་ཁྱེར་ཟོ་ལ། སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་བསྟན་པ་བཤིག་པ། དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་དབུ་འཕང་སྨོད་པ། དམ་ཉམས་པའི་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་འདི། དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་ཁ་ཐབས་སུ་མ་བཏང་བར། དུས་འདི་ཙམ་ལས་མི་འདའ་བར་ཚེའི་འདུ་བྱེད་སྐུལ་ཅིག་ཅེས་བསྒོའོ། །དེས་དེའི་བཀའ་མཉན་ནས་བྲན་བཞིན་དུ་ལས་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་དཔལ་ལྷ་མོ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ་ཡང༌། གཏོར་མ་དང༌། དམ་རྫས་དང༌། སྲོག་གི་སྙིང་པོ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ་དྲངས་པ་ཡང་ལས་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཡང་ན་གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་མཐུ་ཆེན་པོ་འདིའི་ལས་སྔགས་དང་སྦྱར་ཏེ། དགུག་པའི་ལས་སྦྱོར་བྱས་ན་ཉེ་བར་ལྷ་དང༌། ཀླུ་དང༌། རྒྱལ་པོའི་བུ་མོ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ལ་ཡང་ཉེ་བར་ཀྲུགས་པར་འགྱུར་བ་སྟེ། དཔེར་ན་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་སྦྱིན་བདག་གི་དྲུང་དུ་སྐྱེ་བོ་སླང་མོ་པ་རྣམས་འདུ་བ་ལྟ་བུའོ། །བཀུག་ནས་ཅི་བྱེད་ཅེ་ན། རིག་སྔགས་ཀྱི་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཅེས་པའི་ཕྱིན་ལས་རྣམས་བསྟན་ཏོ། །བྱེད་དུ་འཇུག་པ་ཞེས་པ་ནི། བདག་ཉིད་ཀྱི་སྒྲ་ལ་གནོད་སྦྱིན་དང་སྲིན་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་བྲན་བཞིན་དུ་བསྒོ་བ་ལྟར་ངག་ཉན་ཏེ། རང་དབང་མེད་པར་ལས་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། གསད་པ་དང་འགུགས་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བྱེད་དུ་འཇུག་པའོ། །ཡང་ན་གསང་སྔགས་ཀྱི་མཐུ་ཆེན་པོ་འདི་ལས་སྔགས་དང་སྦྱར་ཏེ། དབང་དུ་བྱ་བའི་ལས་སྦྱོར་བྱས་ན། དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་དབང་དུ་བྱ་བའི་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་ངེས་པར་བྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་ཏེ། དཔེར་ན་འཁོར་ལོས་སྒྱུར་བའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་བཏང་སྙོམས་སུ་འདུག་ཅིང༌། བཀའ་ཐོབ་པའི་བློན་པོ་ལས་ཀུན་བྱེད་པ་ལྟ་བུའོ། །དེས་ནི་དབང་གི་མཚན་ཉིད་བཤད་ཟིན་ཏོ།། །།ད་ནི་རྒྱས་པའི་མཚན་ཉིད་བཤད་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། མ་གྲུབ་པ་རྣམས་ཞེས་པ་ནི་བདག་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཡི་དམ་གྱི་ལྷ་ལ་སོགས་པ་བསྒྲུབས་པས། གཞན་གྱི་རིག་སྔགས་བཅད་

说：所有生灵是指象头神等。所有是指因为有很多。勾招是指：是为了控制。如果想勾招黑自在，自己晚上去尸陀林，做大量的糌粑朵玛，堆积狗肉血、羊肉血和誓言物，自己要具有天神的慢，在秘密真言的结尾加上其命心（种子字和咒语），念诵，它就会说“阿吉嘉”，来到你的面前。你对它说，你拿走这个，摧毁佛的教法，诅咒三宝，违背誓言的某某，不要放过三宝的口实，不要超过这个时间，催促寿命的行蕴。它就会听从你的命令，像奴隶一样地工作。同样，对于吉祥天女等，供养朵玛、誓言物和命心等，也会起作用。或者，将这个伟大的秘密真言的力量与事业咒语结合起来，进行勾招的事业，那么神、龙和国王的女儿等也会被勾招过来。例如，转轮王的施主面前聚集着乞丐一样。勾招之后做什么呢？是为了说明明咒的所有事业。使之做是指：对于自己说的话，夜叉和罗刹等也会像奴隶一样听从命令，不由自主地工作，使之进行杀害和勾招等。或者，将这个伟大的秘密真言的力量与事业咒语结合起来，进行控制的事业，那么他们一定会完成所有控制的事业。例如，转轮王安然地坐着，而得到命令的大臣做所有的事情一样。这样就说完了控制的特征。现在要说增长的特征，未成就者是指通过修持自己的本尊神等，切断其他的明咒。

It is said that "all beings" refers to beings such as the elephant-headed Lord of Hosts. "All" means all because there are many. "To summon" means: it is for the purpose of control. If you want to summon the Great Black One, go to the charnel ground at night, make a large amount of tsampa torma, and pile up dog meat and blood, sheep meat and blood, and samaya substances. You must have the pride of a deity, and at the end of the secret mantra, add its life-essence (seed syllable and mantra), and recite it. Then it will say, "Achi Kya," and come to your presence. You say to it, "Take this and destroy the Buddha's teachings, curse the Three Jewels, and so-and-so who has broken their vows, do not let go of the Three Jewels' pretext, and do not exceed this time, urge on the life-sustaining aggregates." It will listen to your command and work like a slave. Similarly, for Pal Lhamo and others, offering tormas, samaya substances, and life-essence, etc., will also work. Alternatively, if you combine the power of this great secret mantra with the action mantra and perform the action of summoning, then gods, nagas, and princesses, etc., will also be summoned. For example, it is like beggars gathering in the presence of a chakravartin king. What do you do after summoning them? It is to explain all the actions of the vidya-mantra. "To make them do" means: the yakshas and rakshasas will listen to your words like slaves, and involuntarily work, making them do things like killing and summoning. Alternatively, if you combine the power of this great secret mantra with the action mantra and perform the action of control, then they will definitely accomplish all the actions of control. For example, it is like a chakravartin king sitting peacefully, while a minister who has received orders does all the work. Thus, the characteristics of control have been explained. Now, the characteristics of increase will be explained. "Those who have not attained" refers to cutting off the vidya-mantras of others by practicing one's own yidam deity, etc.
