Also on this, the two accumulations were gathered, until three countless eons. Also, the ten grounds were traversed in order, and it is said that they were finally perfected. Therefore, one should contemplate the Bhagavan with the earth-pressing mudra. "By the power of the Buddha" means by the power of blessing. "Vajrapani" means that because he holds the vajra in his hand, he is Vajrapani. That is, because he holds the five wisdoms with the secret bindu, he is called Vajrapani. Or, Vajrapani is for the purpose of secret and name empowerment for Samantabhadra. In a great city in the south, a great palace made of various jewels was manifested. The Bhagavan, the Great Vajradhara, aspired together with all the Tathagatas of the ten directions, and gathered all the wisdom of the Tathagatas of the ten directions into one, blessed it into a five-pronged wisdom vajra, and just by entrusting it to the hand of Samantabhadra, he obtained the secret empowerment. Without having to show the immeasurable and inconceivable secrets of the body, speech, and mind of the Tathagatas, he was able to realize them in one moment, so he obtained the secret empowerment. At that moment, in the places of Indra and others, the sound arose that "Bodhisattva Samantabhadra is Vajrapani." At that moment, they also came with great clouds of offerings and offered with great offerings. Therefore, as a sign of receiving the name empowerment, just because the vajra was entrusted to his hand, he is also called Vajrapani. "All bodies" means at that time. Now, whether it is the practitioner or the action deity Vajrasattva, or any yidam deity, having blessed it into a vajra, that is, having blessed it into emptiness, this is saying to practice the non-conceptual deity. Therefore, this is showing the method of how to pray for blessings before visualizing oneself as the deity with the six-limbed ritual. Now, while practicing the non-conceptual deity of one's own nature, the means and methods of arising and increasing are also shown, that is, it is said to abide in the samadhi of the vajra.
