Of the waves, please cause the Vajra Wrathful One to descend upon me. Then, with the descending hand gesture placed at the heart, say these words: Like this, this samaya vajra, remember Vajrasattva. Strive to open the eye of wisdom. The vajra eye is unsurpassed. Opening it is most excellent. Hevajra, look! Then, bless the two eyes with the letters Aṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：अं，梵文罗马拟音：aṃ，汉语字面意思：ཨཾ་) and Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हूं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：ཧཱུཾ་). Show the wheel of the mandala with the samadhi of Padmavati. Then, with half the measure of the speech mandala, draw the square heart mandala with door walls, possessing five colors. In the center is an eight-petaled lotus, completely surrounded by a chain of light rays. In the center of the root mandala, visualize the deities of the mandala, such as the wrathful king who destroys all faults, standing on the king of elephants, in a position unconquerable by other beings. Then, for the purpose of the master's empowerment, say auspicious words and so forth to the disciple. Auspicious words and so forth should also be spoken by the Vajra Holder. Bless the six places with the mudra of the vow and the mantra. Abiding in a playful posture, other unconquerable beings also proclaim the sound of the letter Hūṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：हूं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：ཧཱུཾ་), holding umbrellas and white victory banners, playing flutes, reciting Oṃ (藏文，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：ཨོཾ་), with ornaments of various colors, and yak-tail fans, and countless assemblies of such things, and also offering with flowers and so forth. With conches and long horns, round drums and small drums, and countless musical instruments of such things, dances, songs, reciting auspicious verses, and also praising with assemblies of praises. Take the vase from beside the gatekeeper, and the Bhagavan empowers the crown of the head with the vase, and also sprinkles with water and empowers. Oṃ Bhūḥ Śrī Sidha Dhā Ja Śaṃ Dha Ni Ni Hrīḥ Vajra Abhiṣiñca (藏文，梵文天城体：嗡 布 悉地 达札 香 达尼 尼 舍 班杂 阿比钦扎，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ bhūḥ śrī sidha dhā ja śaṃ dha ni ni hrīḥ vajra abhiṣiñca，汉语字面意思：嗡，存在，吉祥，成就，给予，寂静，持有，持有，舍，金刚，灌顶). Here, as empowered, one will be empowered with water. This is the vase empowerment. Then, adorn with jewels and so forth, and empower with mudras, crest jewels, silk streamers, vajras, and letters, these are the empowerments of the Vajra Holder.
