With all limbs assembled, possessing earth, water, fire, wind, and space. The human body, truly following karma, dwells in the body that possesses all. Even if tormented by desire, for all these limbs of the body, with focused mindfulness present, with the eye of wisdom, individually and distinctly examine. Thus, whoever examines with certainty, the attachment that follows body and life, desire from the root will completely subside, like the sun completely dispelling darkness. Thus it is said, this greatly shows the cause of bad rebirths, by thoroughly examining this, one enters the truth of suffering. By empowering the mindfulness of feelings, separated from seeking and friends, encountering the unpleasant and tormented by desire, the suffering of evil birth, aging, and death, even going to all realms is not without. Flesh, flies, heat, cold, hunger, and fatigue, etc., wherever one goes, it is suffering itself, when a mind of manifest joy arises towards objects, those discriminations should be dispelled. Thus it is said, this is the cause of craving, which is feeling, by thoroughly examining this, one enters the truth of origin. By empowering the mindfulness of mind, the mind is like lightning, a monkey, and wind, like the waves of a great ocean. The deceitful one delights in desires and manifest pleasures, the wavering and wandering one must be tamed. Thus it is said, therefore, the Bhagavan, the Lord of Victors, said that the root of all these dharmas is the mind. If the mind is tamed, then gods and humans will have happiness, and will attain heaven and liberation. By the faults of the mind, one is born as an animal, the mind falls into hell and becomes ugly and poor. A person whose mind is completely tamed, earth, water, fire, wind, birth, aging, death, etc., and free from harm in the middle and end, attains liberation, bliss, and peace. Secret mantras accomplish all common things, small pleasure is connected with hundreds of sufferings, afflictions with poison are completely destroyed, which is obtained by the initial mind. Thus it is said, this is the basis of constant manifest clinging, which is the mind, by thoroughly examining this, one enters the truth of cessation.

, thus showing that there is no fear of being punished. Focusing on the mindfulness of Dharma, it is not produced arbitrarily, nor is it untimely. It is also not produced by self-nature Isvara, nor is it without cause, nor is it man-made. Sentient beings arise from karma and afflictions. Form aggregate has four great elements. That is not me, and form is not me either. There is no me in form, and there is no form in me. Form is emptiness, and the other four aggregates should also be understood as such. Form is like a mass of foam, and feeling is impermanent like a water bubble. Seeing it this way is a good view. If there is anything different, that is a wrong view. Thus it is said that through a comprehensive examination of the Dharma, in order not to be confused about all afflictions and pure dharmas, it shows entering the Truth of the Path. Here is a verse: In order to escape evil destinies, for the continuation of samsara, for the root, and for not being confused, in order to enter the Four Noble Truths, practice mindfulness. Practicing mindfulness itself will generate incompatible aspects and antidotes, as well as the difference of the unarisen, thus generating four kinds of diligence, namely, right abandonment. In order to eliminate incompatible aspects, focusing on cutting off the continuum of those that have arisen: One should always avoid speaking harsh words, divisive words, frivolous words, associating with other women, lying, stealing, killing others, doing harm, and indulging in alcohol. No matter how much merit of body, speech, and mind is accumulated through ignorance, it is destroyed by wrong views, and its ripening will turn into unwanted fruits. For example, even if land, water, and seasons are available, if the seed is burned, it will not sprout. Similarly, those who are destroyed by ignorant wrong views will not generate virtuous dharmas from their minds. One should always keep the mind settled on the path of the ten virtuous dharmas, that is the best. And, completely abandon stinginess, pride, and arrogance. Thus it is said that this is to generate aspiration in order to abandon the evil and unwholesome dharmas that have arisen. Strive. Initiate diligence. The mind completely holds. Dwell properly. It shows the incompatible side.
