Disturbed by hatred. The term "having difficult practices" refers to doing asceticism, especially eating wind, etc. The term "not attaining accomplishment" is like cutting off the head of a palm tree. It means there is no way to restore the opportunity to attain accomplishment. The term "oneself is cooked in the uninterrupted long-time hell" indicates that it is consistent with the previous two, that it is possible to be interrupted by other birthplaces, and that not dwelling in a kalpa is a difference. In short, those not mentioned in this Dharma that is consistent with the uninterrupted sins are also shown to be as heavy in sin as those. The term "after taking the Bodhicitta" refers to receiving the vows of Bodhi, which means having the aspiration of Bodhicitta. The term "ignorant ones" refers to some practitioners who are not good at generating Bodhicitta. The term "therefore displeased" means that if those who generate Bodhicitta prostrate to others, the glory of those people will be reduced. "When the mind is pleased" and so on show that the person who has received the vows of Bodhi is a place of offering. The term "taking all the trainings" means taking the three kinds of discipline. The term "giving fearlessness to all sentient beings" means abiding in compassion, especially taking the vows to abandon transgressions such as killing, as it is said: The downfall of a Bodhisattva mostly arises from hatred. The term "the lineage of the Three Jewels is also cut off" means that by relying on generating Bodhicitta, one attains unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, teaches the true Dharma, and gathers the assembly of noble Sangha. The term "doing unpleasant deeds" means transgressing the vows by harming actions such as beating and binding sentient beings, and putting them in prison. The term "killing the Sage" means causing the hermits who abstain from non-virtuous actions of body and speech to lose their lives, which should be understood here as worldly people. The rest are just words. The term "good and evil done by benefit and harm are not understood" means that if to such a prince benefactor,

The act of generating the mind (of Bodhicitta) is like this: According to the number of evil thoughts generated, one will abide in hell for eons, as stated by the Able One (Shakyamuni Buddha). However, if someone does it with great care, its fruit will increase even more. This is because it is said so. Furthermore, one will not attain accomplishment in the beyond either. This refers to the fact that those actions that cause harm to sentient beings are shown to be heavier than the former (virtuous deeds). Being called the enemy of Mara is because the Buddha was regarded as an enemy by the black Mara's side with flower arrows and so on. This is only an approximate indication, but in reality, all secret mantras that transcend the world, and all the flowers offered to the Three Jewels are included. Even if tormented by hunger, this refers to what was said earlier: "One does not eat the food of spirits and the torma offerings to gods, as well as the torma offered to Gulang." This is merely a different expression of the same thing. Even if afraid, do not prostrate, this refers to: If one prostrates to worldly deities out of ignorance, those deities will be displeased with him, therefore (one should not prostrate). This is a more detailed elaboration here of a different expression of the same thing. Those people should not have malice towards the Dharma, this is from the Great Tantra of Vairochana's Manifestly Perfect Enlightenment. As it is said therein: "Secret Lord, this (Dharma) is the supreme thing that allows the infant beings wandering everywhere in samsara to breathe." Therefore, it is widely proclaimed. The others are easy to understand. The place relied upon by all Sugatas refers to the eight great stupas such as Vajrasana. Being called princes and so on refers to the objects of respect. With faith, prostrate to the sons of the Victorious One, which refers to the Bodhisattvas who are born into the world for the sake of merit, and from there arises the state of Buddhahood itself. Being called not Sugata refers to those who do not understand the intention of the Buddha, will enter into nirvana without remainder. Therefore, compared to the former, to respectfully prostrate with greater effort to those who do not understand the intention of the Buddha is a euphemism. The intention is this: In some cases, (the Buddha) shows perfect Bodhi, in some cases, shows nirvana that seems non-existent. But in reality, it is not non-existent, the Tathagata is the eternal body. As it is said. Is the higher training of all the worlds.
