Etc., etc. Here, "also" means to become accustomed to the limbs. "Having practiced asceticism" means to make the yidam, meaning to mentally regard oneself as the nature of the deity. What kind of asceticism is it to become accustomed to the limbs? It is said to be "doubt," meaning that it is not clear. His meaning is like this: When meditating with dependence on re-collecting, etc., without having attained samadhi, for a while I appear to be the image of the deity, but that is the nature of being unclear, because it arises from the object of meditation related to conceptual thought. Therefore, it is said in the sutra: Following conceptual thought, the meaning does not appear clearly. What should be done after doing such asceticism? It is said to be "reproaching the world," which is related to "only practicing meditation." What meditation object can reproach the world? That is the meditation of reproaching the world. What does this indicate? It means that one should not mentally engage in the recitation of sounds, etc., when one appears as the image of the deity, but completely abandon it and contemplate the unborn nature of sentient beings and the world of containers. This meditation of reproaching nature is practiced in order to be liberated from afflictions and cognitive obscurations. What is meditation? It is said to be "showing the pacification of wisdom." Among them, because one is not attached to objects, it is the pacification of wisdom. Not caring about afflictions such as hunger and thirst is what is shown. It is said to be "the showing of reproaching the world, or only," this unique wording indicates the meaning of merely showing, that is, one should only practice the meditation of reproaching the world, and not practice the meditation of sound, etc., in between. Now we must study this, first do the truthful observation of self-nature, and then the meditator must strive to practice the limbs. The truthful observation of self-nature is the aspect of refuting all conditioned and unconditioned phenomena. Therefore, if one believes that all phenomena have not arisen from the beginning, like illusions and mirages, then if

It is also possible not to do things like cleanliness. To prevent that, it is said to include semen, feces, and urine. That indicates this: first, having done the reality of oneself, even residing in the yoga of the deities, one should engage in the characteristic of being the master of worldly conventions, practice cleanliness, and abandon harming sentient beings, which becomes the fruit of non-virtue. Among them, "semen" means the production of semen. The production of feces and urine, etc., and "defilement" means things eaten in the mouth, etc. "Flowing" means pus. "Doubt" is a term that also refers to residing with one's own body appearing as a deity. The word "also" indicates that it is not only those without doubt and who have not cultivated the distinctions of deities who can act, but it also indicates that even those who are doubtful, those who repeat the form of the deity, can act. Without going to places like feces and urine, one should practice cleanliness, which is the characteristic of being without defilement and attachment, in a way that is not ridiculed by the world. Not practicing cleanliness is because it contradicts the rules of the Action Tantra. The Dharma is also like that: if one relies on cleanliness, etc., and recites mantras, one will immediately obtain the fruit. In the rules of the Yoga Tantra, if one wonders how to act, it is not said there that after doing external things like size, one should recite mantras as if one were unclean. It is said that whether one is defiled or not, whether one is clean or not, etc., are also for the sake of completely abandoning attachment to cleanliness, or for the sake of the thought of a person who is solely devoted to yoga. Why? Because this is entered into in order to obtain the accomplishment of the characteristic of yoga being perfected and the mind being stable, without relying on all external activities. So what is the use of the ritual that indicates external cleanliness for him? Also, in order to accomplish the accomplishment that depends on external signs, such as swords, the Compendium of the Noble Reality, etc., and the Vajra Peak, which explains the intention of the Yoga Tantra, etc., it is also said for that reason to bathe at three times, etc., extensively.
