After accomplishing, one should perform the actions that have not been accomplished. It is said, "May it be accomplished quickly." Previously, one should not accomplish these six actions with inverted letters at first. Having accomplished the union first, if it is not accomplished, then one should accomplish it with these inverted letters. One should not accomplish actions with inverted letters at first, meaning that it is only used when it is not accomplished, not at other times. Among them, these six lower letters "mu mu mī mī mai mā" are made into a union, and the six upper letters are also made into a union. These two unions are intertwined and inverted. Finally, for the six actions that extend to the end, one should accomplish them with inverted letters. "The places of the wheel spokes are," meaning that in each eye of the twelve-spoke wheel, one should place the samaya and essence Āḥ (आः, āḥ, Ah) and Hūṃ (हुं, hūṃ, Hum), as well as ordinary union letters and intertwined union letters. These should be placed in each eye of the spoke positions. Similarly, within the wheel, "The supreme seed of the wrathful deity is," meaning that between the two spokes of the wheel, one should place the seed letter Hūṃ (हुं, hūṃ, Hum) of the wrathful deity, and immediately after that, one should place the six-syllable essence of the wrathful deity's mantra. After placing it, at the end of the word, "meaning that in some Indian scripts, next to Hūṃ (हुं, hūṃ, Hum), the mantra called 'mama' is written, and some place six 'mama' in the position of 'mi', and then there are also sounds of adding encouraging words. This is unreasonable because it has already been said in the commentary of Prativarna Chandra's Pindartha that it should be done that way. Ringing the bell of the wrathful deity, between the edges of the wheel, meaning that the order of the outer edge is done once, it seems reasonable. In the eyes of the twelve-spoke position of the wheel divided into three parts, at the end, like the mantra 'mama', one should place the unions one by one, and after that, add encouraging words such as grasa grasa kara lava dana, etc. The so-called 'union' is placing grasa grasa. In each eye of the twelve-spoke position of the wheel, first Āḥ (आः, āḥ, Ah) and Hūṃ (हुं, hūṃ, Hum), and 'mama' made into a union, should reside in the place where these mantras are placed. The wise should reside in the place where the seed letters are placed in the eyes of the wheel.

It is the meaning of knowing. The proclamation of the Wrathful Wheel, this is the explanation of the Wrathful Wheel. Knowing the four times of explanation, one will attain the siddhis as explained. This means knowing the characteristics of the mantra arrangement of the wheel, understanding all the meanings explained above and practicing them. If one knows and practices as explained, one will attain the siddhis of the six actions as explained. Now, "Tsam Ngam" will be explained, and it is said that siddhis will be attained properly. Its combination will also be explained. First, after binding the mudra, this means that the six actions of mantra crossing or reversing, practicing in the manner as explained, will accomplish Tsam Ngam. The combination of that mantra will also be explained. At the beginning of performing these six Tsam Ngams, bind the Vajrakila mudra, and initially perform the combination of Tsam Ngam under it. The posture or throwing method of Tsam Ngam, or the way of aiming at something, also known as "A Shepa." These are also for the six actions of mantra crossing or reversing, and these six Tsam Ngams are combined sequentially. If one practices the actions, then the six actions as explained will be accomplished. Sequentially, in the ordinary six actions that have not been practiced, these A Shogs are wrathful in nature, so they are not combined. Therefore, combine them in the six actions of crossing. In the body action, transform the body, which means first binding the Samaya mudras of the Tathagatas, and then contemplating emptiness of phenomena, and contemplating the essence Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) on the solar disc, this is the body. It means gradually transforming from Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) into the body. Seeing all actions properly, this means knowing the six actions of mantra crossing or reversing. The combination should be done well, which means the combination of Tsam Ngam should be done well. Face, mouth, eyes, and feet are all equal, which means transforming and contemplating the face, mouth, eyes, and feet into ordinary forms. The distance between the two feet should be one cubit high. The heart is also very joyful, this is the mind of practice. It should be done to whatever one wants to subdue. The object that is aimed at is the object of the teachings and instructions of the mind.
