Combined with (mudra), with one of the two mudras of axe or vajrakila, merge the deity in front with oneself and meditate. When meditating on the deity in this way, make one of the mudras of axe or vajrakila, it is said that one should always do or practice. Then, "Because of its reality," means to abide in the nature of the deity. "Whatever is slightly thought of in the mind, after becoming familiar with the needs," means that if one accomplishes the needs that one desires, "That itself will have results," means that what is accomplished will be realized. "Why meditate on the wrathful deity," means because of this. "If the wrathful deity is constantly meditated upon," means if one meditates at all times. "Without recitation and so on, one will also obtain supreme accomplishment," means that even without asceticism, vows, and fasting, one can obtain supreme accomplishment. From here onwards, the mandala is taught, indicating that the vows for the practitioners are that for this mandala that appears below, one should bestow empowerment with the empowerment and vows of practice. "If one also gives," means that it should be combined as in the previously mentioned ritual. "First, smear with incense water," means to sprinkle and smear with incense water. "Named all-around circle," this mandala is different from the mandalas mentioned earlier, here the circle is drawn uniformly, and the name of the mandala should also be the mandala named "circle." "Draw all-around circle," means that the shape of the mandala should also be drawn as a circle. "Paint black," means to mix soot and charcoal, or just use charcoal. "Westward opening door one cubit," means that doors should only be opened in the west direction, and the size of the round mandala should be one cubit in width. "In its center, draw the supreme," means in the center of the mandala. "A majestic and swaying body," means that it should be drawn as the body of a buffalo. "Like rain clouds," means it should be purplish-black. "Gentle, equal, and possessing splendor," means possessing such qualities.

Write! Possessing the sound of golden bells, possessing the coolness of waving yak tail whisks. It should be written like this. Hanging bells, in the manner of being made from horns, as a method of connecting to the left and right sides of the ears, draw the image, and think like this. Write the great and sacred Mahisha. Writing the sacred mandala means virtue. Write in a purplish-black manner, and in that manner write the Mahisha. The head of that Mahisha should be written facing north. The seed syllable of Mahisha is the letter "ma". It is also said that the head of Mahisha should be written facing south. After doing it like a protection ritual. It means protecting oneself and others, and doing things like setting boundaries. Now, in order to explain what is called offering, recite "One who knows mantras should make offerings," and so on. After writing the mandala in this way, it is explained that offerings should be made there. Explain it here according to the ritual. It means that the offering should also be explained according to the ritual. Inviting, cushions, and preventing, etc., these are also connected with what is said below. Argha, Torma, divine food, that is Argha. Offering means flowers. And explaining lights and incense, etc., means first inviting, and finally making offerings, all the things done until respectfully sending them back again, are offerings. Image arising, etc., at the beginning, means that the image of the deity is arising here, and it should also be generated with the seed syllable first, and it should be explained properly. From here onwards, it is explained as showing the generation of seed syllables, among which, first of all, the seed of everything is the form of wrath. It means that the seed syllable of all weapons is also the letter ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), and ཧཱུྃ itself is also the letter of the form of the wrathful deity. That one is mostly very famous. It means that the letter ཧཱུྃ mostly appears in weapons. One is mostly the best of many, meaning that ཧཱུྃ itself is the best of many weapons. That one should be examined there. It means that ཧཱུྃ itself should be contemplated on the Mahisha mentioned earlier. Always make the weapon burn. It refers to the nature of ཧཱུྃ. That letter form acts here, the face urged by the seed syllable. It means that ཧཱུྃ is urged by the seed syllable, and ཧཱུྃ itself is the face.
