The image of the enemy should be drawn with dry ashes from a cemetery. When drawing the image in this way, the name of the enemy should also be mentioned and written. Then offer a taut stake. The stake is said to be a three-edged stake. After stabbing it into the heart of the image, it means to stab the stake into the heart of the enemy's image. At the end of the root mantra, insert the name, such as "So-and-so, kill!" etc. After the root mantra oṃ bhñja hūṃ, insert an imperative sentence like "So-and-so, ghātaya hūṃ phaṭ," and recite it ten thousand times. If you recite it in that way, the task will be accomplished by that ritual. There is no need to analyze this, meaning there is no need to doubt whether it will succeed or not. One should always contemplate the Sugata, meaning the mantra practitioner should always have bodhicitta. Do not have malicious thoughts, meaning even for wrathful deities like those mentioned above. Causing suffering in their hearts, except to subdue them, should not be done. So, should those not be done either? No. To subdue those who harm the Three Jewels, those fierce rituals can be done. In such cases, temporarily, to subdue suffering such as illness, fierce rituals can be done. Through peaceful rituals, then do peaceful good deeds. It means that after using fierce methods like that, the rituals mentioned earlier, first fierce and then peaceful rituals should be performed. If you want to do a peaceful ritual, you should also erase the ash image, pull out the stake, and wash it with milk. Recite the mantra one hundred and eight times with a peaceful imperative sentence. Do not abandon manifest actions, meaning the mantra practitioner should not abandon the act of using fierce methods. For the sake of compassion for sentient beings, it is taught that one should act with the mind of the Sugata. To generate compassion for sentient beings with great sins, even if I fall into the lower realms, it doesn't matter; I will not abandon sentient beings with great sins. Generating great compassion, possessing bodhicitta, for the sake of those untamable sentient beings, it is taught that one should perform the act of using fierce methods. What did the Tathagata say?

These are called "the accomplishments of speech." Similarly, "without accomplishments" refers to merit. "If you want to attain accomplishments" means that if practitioners want to attain those accomplishments, they should not engage in such violent actions. "Without the thought of the Sugata" means that if you do not have the mind of enlightenment (bodhicitta), you will not attain accomplishments. Even if you attain them, you will degenerate. This means that the accomplishments will degenerate. In short, "without the mind of enlightenment," etc., if you do not have the mind of enlightenment, then all the supreme accomplishments, including asceticism, as spoken, will not be achieved. "If one has the mind of the Sugata" means if a practitioner has the mind of enlightenment. "Without good asceticism" refers to the asceticism of the gods. Similarly, even without forms, etc., one can attain supreme accomplishments, meaning that even without paintings and rituals, even without performing external rituals such as bathing, even without using them, the supreme accomplishments of such a practitioner will be attained. "Without afflictions, as you wish" means without practicing austerities. "All desires will be fulfilled" means that such a mantra practitioner will fulfill them. "If the mantra practitioner has the thought of the Sugata" means having the mind of enlightenment. "Wisdom is not dull, steadfast" means the mantra practitioner whose mind does not change and is steadfast, such an unsurpassed Sugata with such qualities, prostrating to all the Sugatas, if a practitioner with the mind of enlightenment practices supreme accomplishments, they will be attained. "If you know that way, at that time" means if you know the way that way, at that time. "The supreme path of the Sugata should be taught" means that the mind of enlightenment should be taught. "Afflictions and suffering will be destroyed" refers to attachment to worldly accomplishments and signs. "Like that, taming sentient beings," etc., like that, in order to tame fierce sentient beings, the rituals of actions, etc., that are said to be temporarily tamed.
