The third good saying is: The thirteen of the vowels are pure in themselves, the son of fire and the long vowel are combined in two ways, below and above. The shape of E is connected with Dha, the beginning is clear, and the end is Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). After that, weapons are also placed. Yama, the Lord of Death, is in one place without wrath, because of his untamed nature. Hana (Tibetan: ཧ་ན, Devanagari: हन, Romanized Sanskrit: hana, Literal meaning: Hana) means to destroy. Mata (Tibetan: མ་ཏ, Devanagari: मत, Romanized Sanskrit: mata, Literal meaning: Mata) means to shake. Bhañja (Tibetan: བྷཉྫ, Devanagari: भञ्ज, Romanized Sanskrit: bhañja, Literal meaning: Bhañja) means to destroy other combinations. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) is to urge. Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Devanagari: फट, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal meaning: Phaṭ) is to destroy violently. Among them, Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) is the seed syllable of Mañjuśrī. Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ) is bright, because of the gathering, it does not exist in things. A and the other eight are the seed syllables of the eight wrathful deities. Hana (Tibetan: ཧ་ན, Devanagari: हन, Romanized Sanskrit: hana, Literal meaning: Hana) is the harm of beauty. Mata (Tibetan: མ་ཏ, Devanagari: मत, Romanized Sanskrit: mata, Literal meaning: Mata) is Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) kara. Bhañja (Tibetan: བྷཉྫ, Devanagari: भञ्ज, Romanized Sanskrit: bhañja, Literal meaning: Bhañja) is Kīlī Kīlī. Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Devanagari: फट, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal meaning: Phaṭ) is the seed syllable of the great Kīlī, the wise should understand it as such. Others are easy to understand, so no effort has been made. Explanation of the second chapter. Now, because the mudrā of the wrathful king is to be placed on the desired deity, it is explained. Therefore, after that, again, Mañjuśrī's, the first and only wrathful one, the great one with immeasurable glory, his mudrā will be explained. Thus it is said, reciting the heart mantra and binding, or very differently, without reciting the mantra, but in accordance with the yoga of the deity. Otherwise, it is never bound. This is because of the secret. The fingers of the hand are of four types, and similarly, hiding the lamp thumb within the four is a secret, otherwise, it is not bound by the samādhi of emptiness and should be abandoned. Slightly on that tip, the wise should write the head of the deity. That is, at its tip is the head of the deity, drawing the water that resides there. The accomplishment of the mudrā has been explained, after that, the maṇḍala of the accomplishment of the mudrā will be explained. Thus it is said, etc., the maṇḍala is drawn with eight lotus petals inside a square, and nine vajras are also drawn on the deity, and on that, the vajra of the central deity is made as the essence of Mañjuśrī, and from the lotus arise the eight mothers: the beautiful-formed mother, the sweet-sounding mother, the central fragrant mother, the soft-bodied mother, the white mother, the blue mother, the red mother, and the green mother.

They are the mothers, namely the eight. Since it is the mandala of the goddess of wisdom, it is also called the mudra mandala, so it is said. What is inserted in between is the mantra of the wrathful one, the mantra of the axe mudra inserted between A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) and Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), that is the placement. Although that mantra accomplishes various actions, I have only spoken a little of it, it does not have much power. Then, "The best of all accomplishments, the chief of the wrathful ones alone," speaking extensively, on hemp or cloth, draw eight lotus petals with colors that correspond to the action, for raining and subduing the nagas, on the petals draw the signs of the eight nagas, eight forms of transformation, the head in the center of the navel, and on top of that, in the center of the moon, write A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) and subdue it. On top of that, with the nectar water from Vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ, Devanagari: वं, Romanized Sanskrit: vaṃ, Literal meaning: Vaṃ), satisfy the nagas, and from the form of A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A), control by the rays of light that arise, transform that A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) into the essence of the axe, and at its tip, contemplate Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), the nagas will lose their vital point, and if you give the command, the purpose will be accomplished. Threaten with this mantra, and prevent them from escaping, this is the oral instruction. The so-called "on the crown of all the nagas" refers to all the nagas. "One should be urged by one's own words," where "one's own" refers to the words of whatever action one desires. The so-called "arising from the family" means that this axe is of the family of Vairochana. "The union of secret offerings, I will briefly explain," means that these six actions should be understood as the union of the secret twelve mothers, this is not explained in detail here. However, I will briefly explain. "The A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) is the seed syllable and samaya of the victorious wrathful one," this refers to Amitabha. "Praise" means praising Amitabha. That is the supreme deity of empowerment, the first union. "The A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) is of the victorious wrathful one, combined with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ)," refers to Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), namely Akshobhya, it is the peaceful union. "Other than that, the mantra increases," refers to Sva (Tibetan: སྭ, Devanagari: स्व, Romanized Sanskrit: sva, Literal meaning: Sva), the mantra increases, it is the increasing of Ratnasambhava, this is the third. "Sarva Tathāgata" refers to the union of Amoghasiddhi, it is the action of killing. Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) is the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) of the heart, from that arises the mantra of the wrathful killer. Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Oṃ) is Vairochana and the deity of distinction, it is the remainder.
