The so-called "three vows" refers to the mind that arises from this. The so-called "having seen it as it is" means that with the mind of entering and abiding, one realizes Suchness without error. Having realized Suchness in this way, one does not abide in non-discrimination, but acts for the benefit of sentient beings. Therefore, it is said, "Looking at the entire realm of sentient beings," and so on. Looking at the realm of sentient beings is not done with attachment, for the sake of gain and respect. Therefore, it is said, "Being embraced by compassion, looking without attachment." What is the mind of enlightenment? The so-called "May all beings be established in enlightenment that is free from all elaboration and without characteristics" means that, while apparently abiding in the non-discriminating Suchness, one is also embraced by compassion due to the force of past vows. In the absence of attachment, one thinks, "How I realized enlightenment is free from discrimination, free from all elaboration, and without characteristics. May all beings be established in this," and the mind of enlightenment arises. This is what is called the "three vows," which, as mentioned earlier, is the mind that has entering and abiding. These three are what are called the "three vows." Secret Lord, furthermore, what are the three vows? And so on. This is explaining the different names of the mind of entering and so on. The so-called "The initial mind is the Buddha" means that the aggregates of the initial entering mind, etc., are called Buddha because they realize selflessness. The meaning of the word Buddha is synonymous with realization. The so-called "The second is also called Dharma" refers to the abiding mind, which is called Dharma because it holds the characteristic of the nature of Suchness. The so-called "The mind that arises simultaneously with it is called Sangha" means that at the time of realizing the emptiness of all phenomena, by the power of compassion, the aspect of the irreversible Bodhisattva Sangha is transformed into the body of the gods. The so-called "Warrior, these three vows have been declared to you by the guides" refers to what has been said before.

These three vows are not only spoken to you, hero, by me alone, but also by the Buddhas, the Bhagavan guides of the past, which shows that the conduct of the Buddhas is consistent. At that time, in various ways, the hero, desiring the benefit of sentient beings, dwells in these three vows and practices the conduct of Bodhi. This means that Bodhisattvas, dwelling in these three vows, practice for the sake of sentient beings in many ways of worldly beings, and in various ways of those who transcend the world, such as Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. Secret Lord, when those who possess the three bodies attain complete Buddhahood, etc., this refers to the three vows of the fruit. Whenever one attains Buddhahood, the Nirmanakaya will manifest as the son of Buddha's father, King Shuddhodana, until Nirvana. The so-called actions of the three bodies refer to when one attains complete Buddhahood in Akanishta, at that time, realizing that all dharmas are empty, becoming the nature of Suchness, this is possessing the Dharmakaya. At that time, because it appears as the Sambhogakaya, it is possessing the Sambhogakaya. Then, because the Nirmanakaya appears in the world, it is possessing the Nirmanakaya. Like this, first blessing the single Nirmanakaya, it means that those perfectly enlightened Buddhas establish the teachings, initially attaining complete Buddhahood in Akanishta, then blessing the Nirmanakaya, manifesting as the son of King Shuddhodana, and showing childhood play, renunciation, asceticism, approaching the Bodhi tree, etc., this is to say that the teachings are proclaimed. Secret Lord, furthermore, placing the same body in three forms, namely Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, this also refers to those perfectly enlightened Buddhas establishing the teachings, referring to the Nirmanakaya of the Buddha. Dharma refers to expounding the twelve divisions of scripture through the inexhaustible door of speech.

The Sangha is the Sangha of the eight noble persons, the sole emanation body is blessed into these, thereby constantly showing the Buddha's teachings. Secret Lord, it is also said that the emanation itself is established in the three vehicles and shown, that is, that emanation, for the sentient beings of the Hearers who believe in the realization of the selflessness of persons, establishes and proclaims the Hearer Vehicle. For the sentient beings who are liberated by breaking down the dharmas into the principle of dependent origination and seeing impermanence, it establishes and proclaims the Pratyekabuddha Vehicle. For the sentient beings who believe in the realization of the selflessness of both dharmas and persons, it establishes and proclaims the Great Vehicle. At that time, having done all the deeds of the Buddha, it shows complete nirvana and completely ripens sentient beings. This is to show nirvana in order to ripen sentient beings who diligently strive to be liberated from samsara by seeing impermanence. When sentient beings see that nirvana, they think, the Buddha Bhagavan, the lord of gods and humans, even the accumulation of the collection of merit and wisdom is impermanent, what about others? Therefore, they diligently practice the noble path and become ripe. These are taught for the sake of both Bodhisattvas who practice the three vows of cause and effect, practice the Paramitas, and practice the Mantras. The three vows of cause are from the ground of practice with faith to the ground of Samantabhadra, because they possess the three minds such as entering in between. The three vows of effect are the same as before. Thus, for the Bodhisattva who practices mantra, who abides on the ground of practice with faith, whoever knows these three vows and abides in them, in order to proclaim the praise that follows them. Secret Lord, etc., until there is no dependence on obstacles arising from conceptualization. In general, there are three types of obstacles: those arising from conceptualization, those arising from karma, and those arising from not abandoning pride. Obstacles arising from karma are many diseases, etc., and obstacles arising from not abandoning pride are burns from poison and fire, and
