And the dharmas belonging to the four great elements, such as the ears, etc., have not arisen or been born from the very beginning. Or, if they are broken down into parts such as atomic particles, it cannot be established that they have inherent existence. 'Merely designated' means that things are empty, so they are merely designated with names. If there are no things, how can there be designation of names? It is said to be like space. Space also has no thing, but there is a name called space. Similarly, these also have no thing, but they are merely called eyes and ears. 'Unapprehendable' means that because they are empty by nature, they are not something that can be apprehended. These words show that things like eyes are empty in nature, like space. 'Arising from causes and actions' refers to the aspect of complete affliction. The cause is affliction such as ignorance. Action is the activity of body, speech, and mind, such as temporary virtue. Although these have no thing in the ultimate sense, they appear to arise from causes and actions in the conventional sense. 'Like an image' means that appearance in the conventional sense is merely an image, appearing from the perspective of not being examined. If the image is examined with reason and scripture, it cannot be pointed out, and its existence cannot be established. 'The Tathagatas have completely awakened' means that these dharmas were also realized in this way by the previous Tathagatas. They are also interconnected in an uninterrupted stream of interdependent arising. Whatever arises dependently appears like an image. If it is like an image, then the image cannot arise without form, so will the continuity be cut off? It is not cut off like an image. Even if there is no momentary part of the previous affliction, the actions and births that produce affliction will still produce results. It is not like an image cannot arise without form, but rather it arises continuously in an interdependent way. Whatever arises dependently is form

The saying "appearing like an image" means that the dharmas arising from such causes are not amenable to examination and are not truly existent, like an image. Therefore, since they arise interdependently, the deity is me, and I am the deity. This is because, although dharmas are not truly existent, in terms of conventional truth, dharmas appear because they arise interdependently, so the deity is generated by my cause, and I am generated by the deity's cause, hence it is said that I am generated. The saying that the deity is me is because the nature of the hundred-syllable mantra, "Om" (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), which abides in the heart, arises from my thought. The saying that I am not the deity is because this essence can generate all of us who attain Buddhahood. Similarly, the physical form of the body should be transformed into the form of the deity, which means that, in this way, due to the aggregation of mutual causes and conditions, my form should be transformed into the body of all Buddhas. Secret Lord, realization arises dependent on the Dharma, and one must also rely on realization for the arising of the Dharma, which means that the words "the deity is me, and I am the deity" are explained by other scriptures. Dharma refers to the letter "Am" (ཨཾ). The arising of realization refers to the body of all Buddhas, which becomes all Buddhas due to the cause of that letter. After becoming all Buddhas, one should again contemplate the letter in the heart, that is, one arises from the cause of the other, and one should contemplate in this way. Since these two are also empty in nature, they do not establish mutual action and function, which means that the letter and the form, and these two, since they are empty in nature, the letter does not perform the function of generating the form, and the form does not perform the function of generating the letter. Secret Lord, how should one generate the form arising from the mind in the mind? And so on, this is to explain the reason for the arising from the mind in order to stabilize the mantra syllable residing in the mandala of the moon in the mind. Secret Lord, white or yellow.
