It is called the empowerment of manifesting great wisdom from the vowels. Alternatively, great wisdom is also manifestation, and manifestation is also great wisdom, so it is great wisdom manifestation. Great wisdom, as before, is the ultimate truth of realizing that all dharmas are empty. The six superknowledges are manifestation, which is the wisdom of conventional truth. Thus, the empowerment performed so that those Bodhisattvas may attain the wisdom of ultimate truth and conventional truth is called the empowerment of manifesting great wisdom. Being endowed with that empowerment means attaining the ground endowed with empowerment, which refers to the particularity of the mind. At that time, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, refers to those Bodhisattvas themselves. The three samayas refer to the body, speech, and mind of the Bhagavat, pervading all three realms with the inexhaustible vajra adornment. The meaning of samaya here refers to universally comprehending or attaining. The inexhaustible body adornment, etc., pervading the three realms occurs because those Bodhisattvas see and realize it with wisdom at that time. The path refers to entering in order to realize those samayas. Connecting "seeing oneself abiding," it means that the sphere of activity of the Bhagavat, the nature of the three samayas, also becomes the sphere of activity of those Bodhisattvas, seeing and realizing it oneself. Secret Lord, at that time, from "Bhagavat" to "the deeds of the Buddha are indicated," it refers to the Bodhisattvas abiding on the ten grounds, when entering the deeds of the Buddha, which are those three samayas, the gate of collecting the various languages of the Buddha, the nature of the hundred syllables, the Bhagavat Samantabhadra, in the form of a dharani, indicates the deeds of the Buddha to those Bodhisattvas who have the name of the Buddha. Bhagavat refers to Samantabhadra himself. Having the empowerment of manifesting great wisdom refers to the distinction of Samantabhadra himself. Great wisdom is as before.

No. The meaning of manifest wisdom is that great wisdom is manifested and realized. The meaning of being endowed with empowerment is being endowed with empowerment for the sake of manifesting and realizing great wisdom. The principle of Dharani refers to the meaning Dharani and the word Dharani, that is, the power and Dharani that enter into non-discrimination. The Bhagavan Samantabhadra Tathagata, great wisdom is manifested, endowed with empowerment, and becomes Dharani itself, so that the activities of the Buddhas, all kinds of methods to fully mature and liberate sentient beings, are taught to those Bodhisattvas. Therefore, the activities of the Buddhas are closely manifested, as it is said. At that time, from "Buddha Bhagavan" to "abiding near the path of revealing Samaya", it means that the Bhagavan Samantabhadra Tathagata teaches the activities of the Buddhas to those Bodhisattvas called Bodhisattva Buddhas, and those Bodhisattvas also, in the way of the activities of the Buddhas, how to witness and realize the nature of their own Samaya, thus entering the ranks of revealing the path of that Samaya. In this regard, the Buddhas Bhagavan at that time refer to those Bodhisattvas mentioned above. To all sentient beings means to all sentient beings, whether completely pure or impure, no matter how they become vessels. The activities of the Buddhas refer to the same as before. The path of Samaya refers to the path of obtaining the indestructible Vajra ornaments of the body, etc. Abiding near the revelation means that those Bodhisattvas reveal the path to obtaining Samaya to sentient beings who have become vessels, so that the indestructible ornaments of the body of those sentient beings, etc., the nature of that Samaya, can be obtained. Secret Lord, from "My wheel of speech" to "should be viewed as invincible", refers to the wheel of speech of the Tathagata, which transforms from the various sounds of the Buddhas into the form of Shakyamuni, spreading throughout all the worlds, for sentient beings who are fully mature and immature, no matter

It is explained that the activities of the Buddha will be accomplished for those who have become vessels. "Secret Lord, my wheel of speech" refers to the speech of the Tathagata Buddha appearing in various forms and moving in the continuum of beings, hence it is called a wheel. "Great Emanation Mandala" refers to the fact that from that wheel of speech, the emanations of Shakyamuni spread throughout the world, without omitting the expanse of the sky, and demonstrate the activities of the Buddha, hence it is called vast. "Spreading throughout the boundless world" is connected with "separately knowing the realms of Dharma," referring to the emanation body showing all beings the words and meanings of the realms of Dharma spreading throughout the world. Moreover, this is entirely the gate of purity. "Gate of Purity" refers to the method of entering the pure realm of Dharma. "Making all beings satisfied as they wish, the gate of separately knowing the realms of Dharma" refers to showing all the Dharma in such a way that it also accords with the faith of each being. To those who are tamed by the Buddha, the Buddha teaches the Dharma of the Buddha. Similarly, to the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, Indra, Brahma, etc., the Dharma that accords with their respective faiths is taught first. Moreover, this is entirely the method of entering the realm of Dharma. Now, like this, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni pervades the entire world, without omitting the expanse of the sky, which means that such Dharma is taught not by one or two bodies of Shakyamuni, but by the bodies of Shakyamuni pervading all the worlds, as many as the expanse of the sky, in order to make all beings satisfied as they wish and fully reveal the realm of Dharma. Therefore, it is said to engage in the activities of the Buddha. It refers to those bodies of Shakyamuni in so many worlds, for those immature beings who have become vessels, making them fully mature, and liberating those who are mature, thereby fully engaging in the activities of the Buddha. Doing the work of the Buddha
