Not developing attachment to these things is like not generating mind in stones and donkeys. Similarly, not generating a mind of attachment to gold, and acting without attachment wherever one dwells, is called conduct. Even in the mundane world, this is conduct that is in accordance with mantra. Among the numbers of secret mantras, as stated in the scriptures, reciting a hundred million times will completely perfect asceticism. This is the answer to the question, "When will asceticism be completely perfected?" It means that if the number of mantra recitations reaches a hundred million, as stated in the scriptures, and if one practices asceticism as described above, it will be completely perfected. The asceticism referred to here is the asceticism that precedes the asceticism practiced in the mandala of Chakrasamvara and others, which is characterized by completely subduing one's own mind and possessing four branches. From "With the substance of Chakrasamvara" to "Recite in another month," this is the answer to the question, "Where should it be practiced?" Because it is said in the scriptures that one should dwell in the mandala of Chakrasamvara and others and practice the asceticism of vidya-mantra. From "With the substance of Chakrasamvara" to "The mantra practitioner recites for one month," it is said in the scriptures. Among these, dwelling in the mandala of Chakrasamvara, transforming oneself into the form of the deity, just as the nature of the earth is hard and solid, one should contemplate one's own body as such, and recite accordingly, abiding for one month. "With the substance of Chakrasamvara, dwelling in the mandala of Chakrasamvara," refers to contemplating the essence of Chakrasamvara, which is the suchness of the sound of the letter A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), which shows that all dharmas are unborn from the beginning, and contemplating that the mandala of Chakrasamvara arises from that letter as before. On top of that, one transforms oneself into the form of the deity, makes the vajra mudra, and contemplates being as solid and stable as the nature of Chakrasamvara. "Binding the mudra of the Vajra Holder" means that the vajra mudra is made in order to be in accordance with being solid and stable. "Afterwards, constantly drinking milk" means that the food should also be in accordance, and drinking milk will

This is to make it firm and hard. In the world, the body is maintained by both mind and food, and it is the same here. If you cultivate the hardness of the mind and eat food that makes it hard, it is because it is in accordance with the samadhi of the Great自在. 'After binding life and diligence, the mantra reciter recites for a month.' This means that, as mentioned before, after binding life and diligence, recite one's own essence for a month. 'Then in the second month,' to 'At that time, food is drinking water.' It is said that it dwells in the mandala of water. Meditate on the reality of the seed syllable of the water mandala, and from that seed syllable meditate on the water mandala, it should be done in the order of gradual decrease. Also visualize one's body as blue like the nature of water, make the lotus mudra, and recite for a month, because making the lotus mudra and eating food and drinking water should also be in accordance with this. 'Then in the third month,' to 'All sins are burned away.' It is said that it dwells in the mandala of fire. 'Eat food that is not begged for,' this is to be in accordance with fire. Just as fire burns without distinguishing between dry and wet, good and bad, etc., do not distinguish between deliciousness, etc., or desirable things, and eat without begging. 'Having the sword mudra,' this is also in accordance with fire, just as fire burns everything and cuts it off, the sword also cuts off all things and makes them disappear. 'Born of body, speech and mind, all sins are burned away.' This means that the mantra reciter dwells in such samadhi and recites, the karmic imprints of sins done through the three doors of body, speech and mind are accumulated in the mind, and that will arise from it.
