From "Knowing" to "abandoning the knowledge of mantras," it explains the two types of fire offerings, outer and inner. The outer fire offering refers to what is burned, relying on external things such as the burning flame, like form, etc. The inner fire offering is done through two minds and does not rely on external things such as form. Therefore, it is said, "Liberated from karma and life." This means that through the Bodhicitta that destroys the dharmas such as the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, one realizes karma and life, etc., with wisdom that is without object and without elaboration, and in the mind, the aggregates, etc., and the causes and effects arising from the mind become without object. This is what is meant by "liberated from karma and life." Among them, the burner is non-elaborating wisdom, karma and life, etc., are what is to be burned, and the burning fire should be understood as the mind free from characteristics. "Again, arising from the seed," refers to rising from the Samadhi of emptiness, the nature of burning karma and life, and through the power of compassion, engaging in the practice of transforming into the form of a deity. That is, from the seed syllable of one's own deity's mantra, one transforms oneself into the form of the deity in the manner described in the order. Among them, first, the Bodhicitta that destroys the aggregates, etc., is the entering Bodhicitta. How it destroys and discriminates is also abandoned, and with non-elaborating wisdom, without discriminating, burning karma and life, each of their own nature is the abiding Bodhicitta. Again, transforming into the form of a deity from one's own seed syllable is the rising Bodhicitta. "Perform the fire offering of actions and desires," means that in order to accomplish actions such as pacifying and increasing, one performs both outer and inner fire offerings. Combining it with the verse, "With the characterized, one desires the accomplishment of the characterized, which pleases the Victorious Supreme One. By abiding in the uncharacterized, even the characterized can be accomplished," the inner fire offering is the uncharacterized that does not rely on external things such as form, and through it, even characterized things such as wood can be accomplished.
