Hearing and understanding, the realm of Dharma should be understood here as the realm of sentient beings. The verses proclaimed in this way are words spoken in reference to the realm of Dharma. If one understands and becomes familiar with the verses shown, one will become a Tathagata, therefore it is called the verses of the appearance of the Tathagata. The verses spoken are: from "From where does the nature of all dharmas arise?" to "This path you should cultivate." From where does the nature of all dharmas arise, refers to those mentioned by name such as Buddhas and Shravakas. In short, the nature of the Dharma of all dharmas, that is, the realm of Dharma as suchness, from which arise Buddhas, Shravakas, Bodhisattvas, Samantabhadra, the world of sentient beings, the world of containers, and the arising and abiding of all dharmas. How does it arise? With wisdom and skillful means, you should always cultivate this path. This is also what the fully enlightened Buddha proclaimed. The order of investigation refers to conventional truth. In short, what is the nature of the realm of Dharma of all dharmas, and by virtue of it, from the body of the Tathagata, emanations and so on arise, and in reference to it, how the path of Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas and so on up to Buddhahood is accomplished, you should know. Thus, the Bhagavan, having entered that Samadhi, showed the two dharmas of the mundane and the supramundane. The mundane dharma refers to karma, lifespan, and the enjoyment of the fruits of maturation, and so on. The supramundane dharma is the verses themselves. Thereafter, the bodies of the Tathagatas arise from the realm of Dharma, and they fully know all the realms of Dharma with their own bodies, filled with clouds of emanations, the Bhagavan Vairochana, by the power of mind alone, from all the pores, the appearance of Buddhas is transmitted one after another as blessings, each entering their own place of the realm of Dharma. That is to say, where the Bhagavan

From all the pores of the past, those manifestations arising from the realm of Dharma, merely by the power of the Blessed One Vairochana's mind, manifest as the body of the Buddha, turn the wheel of Dharma, and so forth, spreading throughout all realms of sentient beings with many emanations that distinctly recognize their own bodies, and merely by the power of mind, show them entering their respective realms of Dharma. The phrase "merely by the power of mind" means to regard the Blessed One Vairochana as a practitioner, and the arising of the emanated bodies as the deities being accomplished. The Tathagata body arising from the realm of Dharma means that by the blessings of the realm of Dharma, the emanated bodies of the Blessed One Vairochana arise. This also means that by the blessings of the realm of Dharma and the power of the practitioner's mind, one's own deity's form will appear, which is a teaching for future beings to be tamed. The phrase "entering their respective realms of Dharma" does not mean re-entering those pores, but rather refers to the place where they appeared, no longer appearing as the nature of the emptiness of the realm of Dharma. Thus, the Tathagata bodies arising from the Blessed One's own body pervade all realms of sentient beings, and then show that they no longer appear. After that, the Blessed One spoke to the Bodhisattva Vajrapani, and so on, explaining the secret mandala of the inexhaustible Vajra blessings of the mind, and the remaining parts of the rituals of the three mandalas. The term "secret" means that this mandala blesses the Dharma body, which is the nature of mind, and the Dharma body, which is the nature of mind, is the nature of direct manifestation, and because it is subtle, it is called secret. Secondly, the nature of body and speech is transformed into the nature of mudra, so it also refers to the state where body and speech do not appear. The phrase "the abode of the deities" means that the mandalas such as the Great自在天 are the abodes where the deities bestow blessings.

Marked with... and so on, refers to being marked by the seed syllables A and Va, etc., of each of the great mandalas. First, the yogi should distribute that mandala on his own body. This means that before applying colors, etc., the yogi abides in the yoga posture mentioned earlier. As before, the mandala of the Great自在 and others are placed on the body in sequence. Therefore, it is said: The feet are at the water's edge, contemplate the earth syllable. Below that, up to the heart, the diligent one contemplates the water syllable. Above the water is fire, above the fire is wind. It is said that above the water is fire, so it is clear that contemplating fire above the heart. Above the fire is wind, although the limit of where to contemplate as wind is not clearly stated, it is said in the essence that the syllable Hūṃ is contemplated at the eyebrow. Therefore, it should be known that above the eyebrow is contemplated as the mandala of wind. After contemplating, then the wise one should place the image on the ground. This means that after the yogi has done such samadhi, he should draw the image mandala on the ground. Then, Vajrapani enters the body, speech, and mind ground of the Bhagavan Vairocana, which means entering the endless vajra ornament of the Bhagavan's body, speech, and mind. Observing the equality of all dharmas means that in the ultimate sense, all dharmas are equal in the nature of emptiness, and in the conventional sense, they are equal to the realm of sentient beings, such as the body of the Tathagata. Considering future beings, this means that for the benefit of future beings, this king of mantras that cuts off all doubts was spoken. This means that in the future, the yogi should practice this king of mantras before drawing the mandala, for the sake of drawing the mandala, and for entering the meaning of this mantra, and to be protected by it. As soon as the secret lord Vajrapani spoke this secret mantra king, until, entering all world realms, all perfect Buddhas become自在. In between, Vajrapani spoke the secret mantra king.
