It is false and it is true. It means that it cannot be shaken by afflictions and the demons of the sons of gods, etc. The great Vairocana Buddha manifested complete enlightenment, and through various transformations and blessings, the wheel of letters was gradually revealed and expanded. Now I will explain the chapter on mudras. The explanation of mudras, in general, is that the realm of taming is deep and vast, and there are two types: faith and object of focus. Among them, for those who are deep and vast, it is the meaning of faith. The realm of practice is the explanation of the words of mantras. The words of mantras focus on the emptiness of one's own sound, and with the practice of bodhicitta as a guide, they are combined with the image of the deity. The combination of the deity's image is also the purity of samadhi, the abandonment of other distractions, and the complete combination with the deity's image. The realm of practice that is tamed by the object of focus cannot focus on the emptiness of the sound of mantras, etc. By merely forming a mudra, it is combined with the image of the deity. Therefore, for the realm of practice that is tamed by the object of focus, the qualities of the cause and effect of the Tathagata are blessed as the image of the mudra. Among them, the mudras of swords and vajras, etc., are the qualities of mind. The mudras of conch shells, etc., are the qualities of speech. The mudras of crowns, etc., are the qualities of body. How should they be combined according to reason. The chapter on mudras is explained as such. After that, the Bhagavan observed the assembly of fully complete retinues, and said to the bodhisattva, the secret lord Vajrapani: O secret lord, the Tathagata is the adornment of all the Tathagatas, and the mudras that are the signs of realizing the realm of Dharma are gradually revealed and expanded, and so on. Among them, the so-called adornment of the Tathagata, the mudras of the crown and the eyes, etc., are the continuation of the body. The so-called sign of realizing the realm of Dharma is the wisdom of suchness, and the mudras of swords and vajras, etc., are the signs of realizing and understanding it. With what adornment? Bodhisattvas, etc.

From... to "they will also listen to their teachings" is the explanation of the necessity of showing these mudras, that is: which Bodhisattvas possess these mudras, all Tathagatas have blessed them with the seal of great Bodhi, therefore gods, humans, asuras, etc. will not violate them, and gods, asuras, etc. will also listen to the teachings of these Bodhisattvas. Just like a person in the world who holds the king's seal, the people of the world will not violate him, and the people of the world will also listen to his words. In short, the explanation of these mudras is to show that they are beneficial to the sentient beings to be tamed in this life and the next. Then, the Blessed One entered into the samadhi called "Unobstructed Power Abiding Blessing", which means that the mudras that appear below are themselves called "Unobstructed Power Abiding". The Blessed One entered into that samadhi, and when he was explaining those mudras, the name of that samadhi was called "Unobstructed Power Abiding Blessing". Among them, the so-called "unobstructed" refers to the fact that the Vajra ornaments such as the Blessed One's imperishable body are unobstructed to anything. The so-called "power" means that being unobstructed itself becomes power. The so-called "abiding" refers to the body of the Blessed One. The so-called "blessing" means that the Blessed One's imperishable body, etc. becomes the power of Vajra unobstructed, which itself is the nature of the mudra blessing. As soon as the Blessed One entered into that samadhi, the mother of Vidyas appeared, possessing unobstructed power in all places, possessing unequal and equal power, causing entry into vows, possessing three powers, etc. The so-called "unobstructed power" is as mentioned above. The so-called "unequal and equal power" refers to what the unobstructed power is unequal to. The so-called "causing entry into vows", the meaning of vows has been said before, and entering into vows refers to the lower part of the self-nature mandala of the imperishable body, etc...
