It is said from the word "Das" to "The Queen of Vidyā-mantra appeared." Then, when the Bhagavan Vairochana Buddha looked at the assembled retinue, "all" refers to those retinues themselves possessing all. Another explanation is "protecting all," that is, the Bodhisattva retinue Vajrapani, for the sake of protecting and caring for all sentient beings. Looking is to urge the retinue to gather their minds, and to examine whether they are capable of becoming vessels, these two reasons make looking at the retinue a natural law. Although these are not needed for the retinue at this time, it is for future teachings. Observing all sentient beings' realms with the two gifts of great love and great compassion means that the Bhagavan does not abide in Nirvana, and is completely separated from all conceptualizations, so the conceptualization of observing does not arise. However, due to the power of past aspirations, by the power of the mother of great compassion and great love, observing all sentient beings' realms is to liberate those who are not liberated, and to ripen those who are not ripened, therefore wanting to proclaim the Vidyā-mantra. Entering the Samadhi called "Arising of Amrita" means entering the immortal Amrita, which is the Dharmakaya emptiness. Because the Samadhi arises with it as the object, it is called "Arising of Amrita." Or, the Amrita itself arises from this Samadhi, so it is called "Arising of Amrita," meaning that Bodhi produces the wisdom of the Dharmakaya. After entering that Samadhi, the Vidyā-mantra is proclaimed. As soon as the Bhagavan entered Samadhi, the Queen of Vidyā-mantra called "Powerful One Unattached to the Three Times" appeared from all the limbs. "All the limbs of the Bhagavan" refers to arising from all the limbs of the complete Sambhogakaya, Nirmanakaya, and Svabhavikakaya. Because one abides in the Samadhi of emptiness and non-discrimination, one should not utter words from the mouth, therefore it is said to arise from the limbs. "Powerful One Unattached to the Three Times" refers to the past, future, and present times.

Non-attachment is emptiness, which is the realm of Dharma. The arising that focuses on it, possessing strength, is the ultimate truth. Through the power of this vidyā, all demons and adversaries are unable to create obstacles, which is the conventional truth. Vidyā means wisdom, and here it refers to the wisdom of Bodhi. Queen refers to the fact that among all wisdoms, the wisdom of Bodhi is the most supreme, hence it is called Queen. Therefore, this vidyā is also blessed by the wisdom of the nature of Bodhi itself. In order to show the nature and form of that vidyā, it is said, "Son of the lineage, the queen of vidyā-mantra, is the realm of activity inseparable from the body of all Tathāgatas." The body of all Tathāgatas is the Dharmakāya, and its realm of activity is not different from this vidyā, because they both similarly focus on Suchness. In order to show the great power of this vidyā, it is explained from "Through this blessing" to "will attain non-attachment." Because this vidyā is blessed by all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas attain the Dharma-nature of non-abiding Nirvāṇa, which is non-attachment, where suffering will cease. Among them, "Buddha" does not refer to the unsurpassed Buddha, but to the Bodhisattva-Buddha who has reached the ten bhūmis and obtained the ten powers, while "Bodhisattva" refers to those Bodhisattvas who abide in other noble bhūmis. "Dharma-nature non-attachment" refers to the nature of non-abiding Nirvāṇa, and because there is no affliction and cognitive obscuration, it is called non-attachment. And how is it? "Where suffering will cease," meaning that in the Dharma of Nirvāṇa, there is no suffering of the five aggregates. Then, the Bhagavan taught that the mandala of the wheel of letters should be explained to the retinue. It is explained from "Then, the Bhagavan Vairochana" to "Listen to the detailed explanation in order." Among them, "After all the Tathāgatas have recollected" refers to other sentient beings and the future.

No matter how many sentient beings there are, first remember the Tathagata, this is the prophecy. "Blessing oneself and Vajrapani as unborn from the very beginning" refers to the mandala ritual. Both the speaker and the listener enter into samadhi, and in this way, they speak and listen. Therefore, it is shown that the speaker, the Bhagavan, and the listener, Vajrapani, both abide in the samadhi of the unborn Dharma, emptiness. This is because it is not the realm of practice without entering samadhi. Therefore, when the mandala master first begins to create the mandala, he should also bless himself, and the assistant should also bless the giving of the vajra, that is, oneself or the guru blesses as emptiness. The meaning of the mandala called "Wheel of Letters Revolving," whose practice is orderly and extensive, is that "Wheel of Letters Revolving" means, firstly, that the letters revolve, with the letter A (ཨ,梵文:A,梵文罗马拟音:A,汉语字面意思:阿) placed in the center and surrounded by Ka (ཀ,梵文:Ka,梵文罗马拟音:Ka,汉语字面意思:嘎) and others. Secondly, because it is transformed into letters in the wheel mandala, it is the revolving of letters, because in that mandala, the form is transformed into the seed syllables of letters and established. "Practice" refers to the activities to be done in the mandala. "Orderly" refers to the chapters of that very text. "Extensive" means that in that mandala, the accumulation of merit of the disciples greatly increases. So, what kind of mandala is this? In order to show its nature, it is said in the sutra that Bodhisattvas, through the door of secret mantras, abide separately with the deeds of the Buddha for the practices and conduct of Bodhisattvas. Among them, the deeds of the Buddha refer to obtaining prominent and definite good results in this life and the next. Similarly, through this mandala, those who practice mantras obtain the fruits of this world and the world beyond in this life and the next. Therefore, this mandala abides with the deeds of the Buddha, which means please listen. The Bhagavan, with the wheel of letters revolving...
