Hastily. The different forms refer to the colors of the mandalas of Maheshvara and others, such as yellow, red, white, etc., in various forms. "Various activities" means the various activities of each of those mandalas. "Arising from differentiation" means those that are distinct, such as the mandalas of Maheshvara and water. "Accomplish well with this ritual" means to accomplish with the ritual of the letter Ha. "In the center of the mandala of form" means that the mantra practitioner transforms into the form of a deity, and the mandala of Maheshvara abides on the seat of the yogi. In short, if one contemplates the letter Ha in the respective mandalas of the letters A and Va, and combines them, one will be able to accomplish the activities of A and others. If the mind is fully united and recited, the mind will become completely pure, meaning that the mind is the mind with form. Contemplate the mandala of a mirror in the heart, and in the center of that, contemplate the letter Ha as if it were a reflection in the mirror, and by reciting it, one will be able to know the minds of others. Accustom the body to lightness, and by reciting while walking, one will obtain miraculous feet, meaning that in the mind, one thinks, "I will regard the earth and trees as light as cotton," or "I will fly and go in the sky." When walking, if one recites the letter Ha, one will obtain miraculous feet and be able to walk in the sky. Sitting in a squatting position, place the letter called A near the ear, and by reciting it for a month, one will obtain the divine ear, meaning that the mantra practitioner sits in a squatting position, places the letter called A near the ear, and by reciting it for a month, one will obtain the divine ear. "Secret Lord, such attainments of accomplishment and so on arise from the mind," meaning that the accomplishments mentioned above arise from the mind that has been cultivated, because it does not distinguish between external and internal. Secret Lord, merely by thinking in this way, one can obtain non-material things, and from that, one can therefore accomplish the attainment of omniscience and the supreme state. Up to this point, in general, it is shown that the accomplishments of mantras arise from thinking in the mind, reciting in the mouth, and from the blessings of the Tathagatas.

Furthermore, it connects the idea that non-material things arise solely from contemplating various different modes of action. Non-material things refer to the mind and the formless entities that arise from the mind. In short, it means that without external objects, merely through the mind's contemplation, many diverse accomplishments with form can arise. The function of the seed of all actions arises merely from verbal expression, which means that merely by uttering the sounds of letters such as 'ha,' those letters transform into the essence of mandalas such as the powerful syllable 'ha,' thereby causing the arising of superior, intermediate, and other accomplishments, as well as actions such as pacification. Secret Lord, furthermore, from 'The Tathagata is...' to '...remains like a reflection,' it explains that the Tathagata blesses everywhere. The blessing of the Tathagata also, due to the force of past aspirations, fulfills all the hopes of each individual being to be tamed, in accordance with their faith, and remains like a reflection even in front of each sentient being, just as the moon resides in the sky but its reflection appears in all oceans, ponds, water vessels, and so on. Therefore, one should rely on the various accomplishments that arise merely through the mind's contemplation, merely through verbal expression, and through the blessings of the Tathagata. The Tathagata, from 'That is non-conceptual' to 'also completely abandoning dharma and non-dharma,' refers to the fact that although the Tathagata dwells in front of all sentient beings in this way, he is free from things such as conceptualization. Among these, 'non-conceptual' means that the Tathagata does not cling to the conceptual thought of 'I will benefit these sentient beings.' 'Completely transcending the realm of the mind' means that the mind transcends the mind with its images. 'Actions and deeds' means being free from the actions and deeds performed through the three doors of body, speech, and mind. 'Having abandoned dharma and non-dharma.'
