After reciting three times, let him throw flowers. The so-called Samaya refers to the Vajra-adorned Mandala of the Bhagavan's inexhaustible body, inexhaustible speech, and inexhaustible mind. What becomes its blessing is the mantra and mudra of Samaya. By forming the mudra and reciting its mantra three times, one can see the inexhaustible Vajra adornment of the body and so on. Therefore, when practitioners of mantras constantly recite and so on, it is also for the sake of forming the Samaya mudra. By forming the Samaya mudra and reciting the mantra three times, especially broken Samayas can be restored. The so-called letter Ra on the crown of the head, the head together with the chakras, is majestic and radiant. The burning garland radiates light in various ways. Like a crescent moon. White color should be placed. This refers to visualizing the letter Ra on the disciple's head, which is the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu, Ra is the nature of being free from the obscurations of knowable objects and afflictions. Placing the head ornament is the nature of emptiness. Having a burning garland is the nature of the wisdom of the cause. Like a crescent moon means that when the new moon rises, its nature is white, slightly showing red. White is naturally pure. Red is the mind clinging to the benefit of sentient beings. In front of all protectors. Then let him throw flowers. Whichever deity the flower falls on. The mantra practitioner will bestow that deity upon him. This refers to those who have not previously entered the mandala and have not received the deity, or have entered the mandala and have not received the deity, or those who have received the deity and then abandoned it. If it is necessary to receive the deity initially, the flowers should be thrown in that way. If the deity has already been received and does not need to be received again, the mask should be removed and those flowers should be offered to the deity or the Bhagavan Vairochana. These have also been explained in detail in the summarized meaning. After throwing the flowers, observing which deity the flower falls on should also be looked at in the general secret tantra. Beside the door of the first mandala. The central part of the door ring. Between the two doors of the mandala. The disciple should be seized. Abiding there, all rituals. Should be performed well in order. This refers to the center of the door ring of the third mandala.

The disciple should stay in that mandala and perform all the aforementioned actions, except for sprinkling water on the disciple at the door. Without entering the mandala, perform those actions at the door, and when scattering flowers to the deities, scatter them from the door, so that they fall inside. If you enter and scatter them, some deities will be turned away. If I enter the center and scatter them, the flowers will fall outside. Secondly, as mentioned above, "Before the eyes of all protectors." Therefore, if I enter, I will not be before the eyes of some. Because it is not appropriate for Bodhisattvas and Mahasattvas to turn their backs on some. Thirdly, this is a gathering of Dharma, and if one enters from the beginning, it becomes Kolong, which is contrary to the King's law. Disciples, free from all sins, thus well-established, for the sake of pacifying them. From "Thus" to "After the fire offering, with mantras," the disciples placed in the mandala by the mantra practitioner are offered a fire offering to pacify them. When the disciples enter the mandala, their sins are purified, and their minds are cleansed. Therefore, the Bhagavan offers to the Kumi Inexhaustible Vajra Ornament, etc., through the gate of fire offering, increasing merit, purifying sins, and thus achieving peace. The order of this is: first, in front of the essential mandala; second, outside the gate of the intermediate mandala; third, inside, make a cubit-sized hearth. If the mandala is small and cannot accommodate it inside, then make it at the outer gate of the mandala. If it is not possible to dig on the roof, etc., then draw the hearth with red paint. Then, at the end of that hearth, starting from the south, encircle the Kusha grass clockwise, with the root of one pressing on the tip of the other. Then, sprinkle fragrant water blessed with the mantra of the Three Realms Victorious Banner. Then, in that hearth, scatter a flower to what worldly people call Mrta, which can do all things, has a long neck, is hairy, and is the color of yellow ochre, and bless that fire. Then, offer the fire deity mouthwash and a full fire offering, as described in the scriptures, and it will tremble in that place.
