So, the power of mantra is not created by the Tathagata. Nor is it caused by others, nor is it rejoiced in by others. Why is that? This is the nature of all dharmas. Thus, whether the Tathagatas appear or not, the nature of dharma is inherently present. That is, the nature of the secret mantra of secret mantras is said to be that if the mantra marked with names, sentences, and words is consistent with the words and meanings of what is being invoked, then the meaning of what is being invoked is not created by anyone. Without relying on other causes, the dharma is inherently present in that way. For example, the sweet taste of brown sugar and the salty taste of salt are not caused by any combination of causes, but are inherently sweet in nature. If it were created by the Tathagata, then when the Tathagata appears, the nature of the mantra would also exist, and if it did not appear, it would not exist, but it is not like that, so whether the Tathagatas appear or not, the nature of all dharmas is inherently present. That is, the nature of the secret mantra of secret mantras is said to be like this. Secret Lord, when all perfectly complete Buddhas see the world appear, from "that time" to "blessing with various sounds, thus explaining the principle of secret mantra," the nature of secret mantra is inherently present in that way. The Tathagata only distinguishes and establishes words, letters, and sounds according to their respective categories. Perfectly complete enlightenment refers to the actualization of Bodhi without error by means of the wisdom of equality. Omniscience refers to knowing everything in the aspects of conventional and ultimate truth by means of discriminating wisdom. All-seeing refers to seeing all objects by means of mirror-like wisdom and accomplishing activity wisdom. When such an omniscient one appears in the world, in various ways, it refers to secret mantras that are in accordance with various ways such as Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and worldly people.

The Dharma nature that has always been present is explained in letters, which means showing various forms in words, letters, and sounds. Secondly, there are various rituals such as the Tathagata family, the Padma family, and the Vajra family. Knowing various intentions means that some of those mantra words are explained as they sound, while others are shown implicitly in speech. As for the various thoughts of sentient beings, it means showing in accordance with the wishes of sentient beings, such as some sentient beings who want peace, some who want prosperity, some who want supreme accomplishment, and some who want intermediate accomplishment. Knowing the various words, the various letters, and the various expressions in the definite words of the place means that the Dharma nature of the secret mantra is shown by establishing many kinds of words such as jinjin (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) and speaking in various ways in the language of purity, etc., in the commentary. It means blessing after understanding the various sounds, that is, showing various ways of increasing the melody such as a-a (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), or various sounds such as earth-holding (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). If so, how do the Tathagatas bless the rituals of secret mantras into letters? From "If so, how do the Tathagatas bless the rituals of secret mantras into letters?" to "According to their capacity, they also truly show the rituals of secret mantras," this section means that the Dharma nature of secret mantras is blessed into letters, etc., and shown, that is, the merits, powers, and fearlessness of the Tathagatas are blessed into the letters of mantras and shown. It is said that blessing into words and letters should also be understood as the two, conventional and ultimate. Among them, showing in the conventional means blessing power, fearlessness, etc. into words and letters, etc., and showing them. Showing in the ultimate means that all dharmas are unborn and unoriginated from the beginning, and the nature of emptiness is shown in letters and other characters. Therefore, it is said that the true words of true practice in hundreds of millions of kalpas, and the four noble truths of the saints, etc. Hundreds of millions of kalpas are a symbol of many, that is, in the saints'
