Since it is so, because there is nothing to cling to, there is also nothing to cling to, the clinging itself, and the causes of clinging, etc. When there is nothing to cling to in this way, the body, speech, and mind do not commit sins, etc., and that is discipline. The statement that all dharmas are without fabrication means that all dharmas such as the aggregates, elements, and sense bases are not produced by the three causes of body, speech, and mind. Thus, because the cause of producing them is not made, it is discipline. These are the disciplines of ultimate truth. What are they? The statement, 'Whatever I completely give my body to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas,' refers to the discipline that is without obscuration in the three times, which is none other than my body being offered to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. That body is possessed by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and I have no control over it. Thus, I have no control, and the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas have control, then the dharma of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is not to practice the ten paths of non-virtuous actions. Therefore, whoever offers their body must also act according to the Dharma. Because they do not practice the ten paths of non-virtuous actions through the doors of body, speech, and mind, it is called discipline. Therefore, why is that? Whoever gives up their body completely has completely given up three things. What are the three things that are completely given up? Like this, they are body, speech, and mind. Son of the lineage, therefore, Bodhisattvas should restrain themselves with the discipline of body, speech, and mind. Why is it said that Bodhisattvas do not uphold the training until they have completely given up body, speech, and mind? It means that offering the body to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is equivalent to offering all three, body, speech, and mind. Because I cannot control the three, body, speech, and mind, I do not practice the ten paths of non-virtuous actions through the doors of body, speech, and mind, and that is discipline. There is no discipline better than the three, body, speech, and mind. In short, whoever offers their body to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas has offered all three, body, speech, and mind, so those three

It is shown by what means not to practice the path of the ten non-virtuous actions, those all become the cause for obtaining the unobstructed wisdom of omniscience. Then, later that day, prostrating to the Bhagavan Vairochana, from "blessing oneself as Vajrasattva" to "then, pouring clean scented water for the sake of purifying the mind," it explains the activities that the acharya who draws the mandala should do during the day. If one observes the sunrise in the morning, the south, north, east, west, etc., will clearly appear. Therefore, after bathing etc. in the morning, enter the center of the place where the mandala is drawn, remember the Bhagavan Vairochana and prostrate, bind the three samaya seals, and bless oneself as emptiness with the Dharmadhatu seal. Bind the Dharma wheel seal and bless as Vajrasattva. Then, bind the Vajra armor seal and put on the armor, that is blessing as Vajrasattva, the so-called Vajrasattva refers to the mind being extremely firm like a vajra. What is that? It is the essence of the Bodhicitta, the characteristic of being non-inverted and perfectly accomplished. That is blessing as the body of the glorious Vajrasattva Bodhisattva. Thus, the acharya blesses himself as the body of Vajrasattva, observes the south, north, east, west, etc. of the mandala site, determines the direction, and also determines with the mind the place where the deities will be placed. Also, the vase filled with scented water is praised with the name of the one who overcomes the three realms, placed at the first door, and the wise one should sprinkle it for all beings. This means that the vase filled with scented water that meets the characteristics mentioned in the scriptures is filled with jewels, medicines, and five grains, placed at the door of the mandala house, and when the disciples enter, it is sprinkled to remove obstacles. The vase is blessed with the mantra of overcoming the three realms, if blessed with the heart mantra, it is blessed one hundred and eight times, if blessed with the root mantra, it is blessed seven or twenty-one times. Then, scented water for the sake of purifying the mind.
