Translation: And also, the five supernormal knowledges will be obtained. Also, the dharani of infinite languages, sounds, and melodies will be obtained. Able to understand the thoughts of sentient beings. All Tathagatas will bless it, making it a Dharma nature that never declines in samsara. Will not be weary of the work of benefiting sentient beings. Thus it is said. The so-called abiding in the unconditioned precepts refers to abiding in the thorough realization of emptiness, becoming the state of emptiness, but it does not refer to the precepts of benefiting sentient beings, virtuous precepts, vows, etc., which are worldly precepts. The so-called abandoning wrong views refers to being separated from the views of non-Buddhists, etc. The so-called understanding right view refers to understanding right view after abandoning such wrong views. Secret Lord, furthermore, the Bodhisattva who abides in this samadhi that eliminates all obstacles refers to having previously attained such samadhi, not just hearing about it, but abiding in a state of having samadhi itself. By generating the power of faith and understanding, all the Buddha's teachings are perfected in a short time, which means that the mind, which is naturally luminous and whose nature is enlightenment, completely abandons the grasped and the grasper. Like now, by accumulating special power of faith and understanding, even without practice, one can obtain the Buddha's realization and the nature of teachings, as well as the Paramitas, etc., and the Dharma of the Wheel of Body, etc. Secret Lord, in short, if the qualities of a son or daughter of a lineage who possesses such qualities are spoken of separately, even one kalpa will not be able to exhaust them, because they cannot be expressed in words and cannot be measured. In short, they possess immeasurable qualities. Thus it is said. Thereafter, the Blessed One, Vajrapani, again asked as follows, until the Great Hero asked to teach, which refers to the cause of the omniscient wisdom and the nature of the mind of enlightenment.

Thus it is said that the samadhi of abiding in such a Bodhicitta, the measure of the merits obtained is also endowed with immeasurable merits. After saying so, please ask how such a Bodhicitta arises, and how to understand the nature of this Bodhicitta, etc., then how is it? World Honored One, how does the mind arise in Bodhi? etc., in general, there are two statements of arising and birth. Among them, birth refers to the name, such as the son entering the womb. Birth refers to the meaning of being named as birth, such as actually giving birth to a son. Therefore, it is not just asking about the arising of Bodhicitta, but asking about the complete arising of the mind of the first ground, becoming the nature of Bodhicitta. Bodhi refers to arising for the sake of unsurpassed Bodhi, that is, the nature of the mind of the first ground is the same as the nature of unsurpassed Bodhi. The upper grounds gradually complete, and they are not different from this nature, but from this nature, by eliminating disagreements and antidotes, etc., only other names are established. For example, gold itself is made into ornaments, etc., and the nature is the same, but there are many categories of names. Therefore, the nature of Bodhi refers to the Bodhicitta of the first ground, although the mind of aspiration and entry is also generated for Bodhi, but like the Bodhicitta of the first ground, it is not the same as the nature of unsurpassed Bodhi, so it cannot be regarded as such. Another saying is that the Bodhi of the initial nature is declared from the answer, so it is obviously not other. How to seek the nature of the mind that arises from Bodhi? This refers to the arising of unsurpassed Bodhi from the Bodhicitta of the first ground, so it is called the arising of Bodhi, asking about the nature of the arising of the mind of Bodhi, from the essence of great merit to immeasurable like the sky, etc. The wise man of the mind is the best of all, the great hero is born of wisdom.

This is praise through... The Blessed One is the most supreme in the minds of beings such as Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, because the Sambhogakaya arises from the omniscient wisdom, hence it is said to arise from wisdom. "After how many have passed, please reveal what will arise?" This is asking after how many worldly minds have passed, will the Bodhicitta arise. It refers to arising after one hundred and sixty minds have passed, and here it refers to arising, not that the mind has already arisen, but merely to arising. "Please, Protector, extensively explain the nature and time of the mind." This refers to the nature of the one hundred and sixty minds, such as the mind of desire, the mind of hatred, and so on, and after passing through the one hundred and sixty minds, after how many kalpas, etc., will the Bodhicitta arise, this is asking about time. "What are their merits, and what are their actions?" This refers to the person who has generated such a Bodhicitta, what are their merits, and through what kind of actions can one attain Bodhicitta. "Please, Great Hero, explain the differences between minds." This refers to the difference between sentient beings with sharp faculties entering through realizing the selflessness of phenomena, and noble Shravakas, etc., with dull faculties entering through cultivating the eight stages such as Stream-enterer. Here, "mind" refers to the general Bodhicitta. From "Bhagavan Vairochana" to "first desires for enlightenment," it is the Blessed One's answer to Vajrapani's previous question. "Son" refers to Vajrapani being born from the Dharmadhatu, so he is the son of the Blessed One. "Great arising" refers to the nature of the mind-stream, because from the mind-stream will arise Bodhi and omniscient wisdom. "Good" is because asking about such a wonderful meaning is good, and it is said to make Vajrapani happy. "The supreme status of the Mahayana" refers to the mind-stream being the most supreme and sacred among the three vehicles. Mind
