འཁོར་གྱི་མཚན་ཉིད་དབུས་ན་ཡི་གེར་ཁ་དོག་དམར་པོ་ཀླད་ཀོར་དང་བཅས་པ་འགྲེང་བུར་འདུག་པར་བསམ་ཞེས་པ་སྟེ། ཀླད་ཀོར་དང་བཅས་པ་ནི། ཀུན་དུ་སངས་རྒྱས་པའི་སྙིང་པོ་གཟུང་བ་དང་འཛིན་པ་གཉིས་དང་བྲལ་བ་སྟོན་པའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ཡི་གེ་བ་ཡང་ཀླད་ཀོར་མེད་ཀྱང་ཀུན་དུ་སངས་རྒྱས་པའི་སྙིང་པོ་བས་པའི་བུ་ག་ཉིད་ཀླད་ཀོར་ལྟ་བུར་འཛིན་པ་མེད་པར་སྟོན་པར་བལྟའོ། །དངོས་པོ་དེ་རྣམས་དེར་སྒྲུབས་སུ། །ཞེས་པ་ནི་མེ་དང་བཅས་པར་སྦྱར་རོ། །ཞེས་པའི་བར་དུ་ཡི་གེ་ར་བསྒྲུབ་པ་བ་དང་ལས་རྣམས་བཤད་པ་སྟེ། སྔགས་པ་རའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ་གནས་ནས། བསྒྲུབ་པ་མིང་གིས་སྨོས་པ་རྣམས་རྒྱུད་དང་རྟོག་པ་གཞན་ལས་བྱུང་བའི་ཚོགས་རྫས་ཀྱི་མཚན་མ་དང་བཅས་པའམ་མཚན་མ་མེད་པར་བསྒྲུབས་ན། ཉི་མ་ལ་སོགས་པ་གྲུབ་སྟེ་ཅི་བསྒོ་བ་ཉན་ཏོ། །ཧ་དེ་ཡང་དག་མཆོག་ཡིན་ཏེ།། ཞེས་པ་ནས། བདུད་རྣམས་རྣམ་པར་འགྱུར་བྱེད་པ། །རྒྱུ་ཀུན་མི་དམིགས་པ་རུ་སྟེ། །ཞེས་པའི་བར་དུ་ཧ་ཞེས་པའི་བསྒྲུབ་པ་དང༌། ཡོན་ཏན་དང་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལ་སོགས་པ་བཤད་པ་སྟེ། ཧ་དེ་དེ་ཉིད་མཆོག་ཡིན་ཏེ། །ཞེས་པ་ནི་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་རྒྱུ་དང་འབྲས་བུར་སྟོན་པའི་རང་བཞིན་པས་དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་ཀྱི་མཆོག་ཅེས་པའོ། །དེ་ཡང་རླུང་ལས་མངོན་བྱུང་བ། །ཞེས་པ་ནི་རླུང་གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ལས་བྱུང་བའམ། དེ་ལས་རླུང་གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་འབྱུང་བས་སོ། །རྒྱུ་དང་ལས་དང་འབྲས་བུ་ཡིན། །གང་གི་ས་བོན་སྐྱེས་པར་ཏེ། །དེ་ཡིས་ཀུན་ཀྱང་འཇོམས་པ་ནི། །གང་གི་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པའོ། །ཞེས་པ་ནི་དེའི་རང་བཞིན་བསྒོམས་པའི་འབྲས་བུ་བསྟན་པ་སྟེ། ཧ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་ཀླད་ཀོར་དང་བཅས་པར་བསམ་པས། ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་རྒྱུ་དང་འབྲས་བུའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས་གཟུང་བ་དང་འཛིན་པ་གཉིས་ཀ་དམིགས་སུ་མེད་དེ། རྒྱུ་ཞེས་པ་ནི་མ་རིག་པ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་རྣམས་སོ། །ལས་ནི་ལུས་དང་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་གྱི་སྒོ་ནས་དགེ་བ་དང་མི་དགེ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྣམས་སོ། །འབྲས་བུ་ནི་དེ་དག་གི་རྣམ་པར་སྨིན་པ་ངན་སོང་དང་ངན་འགྲོ་ལ་སོགས་པའོ། །གང་གི་ས་བོན་རྣམས་སྐྱེ་བ། །ཞེས་ པ་ནི་རྒྱུ་དང་ལས་དེ་དག་གིས་ཡང་ཕུང་པོ་སྐྱེད་པ་སྟེ། དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་དམིགས་སུ་མེད་པར་སྟོང་པས་ན་འཇོམས་པར་འགྱུར་ཞེས་པའོ། །དེ་ཡི་གཟུགས་ཀྱང་བཤད་པ་ནི། །ཁ་དོག་ནག་ལ་འོད་ཆེ་བ། །འཇིགས་ཤིང་འབར་བའི་ཕྲེང་བར་འཁོར། །ཀུན་དུ་གཡོ་བ་འབར་བཞིན་དུའོ། །ཞེས་པ་ནི་ཡི་གེ་ཧ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་གཟུགས་བསྟན་བ་སྟེ། དེ་ཡང་རླུང་གི་དཀྱིལ་འ

The characteristic of the wheel is to visualize the letter in the center as red, with a head circle, standing upright. Having a head circle indicates the essence of universal Buddhahood, free from both grasping and being grasped. Similarly, the letter 'ba' even without a head circle, should be regarded as showing the essence of universal Buddhahood, that is, not clinging to the gap like a head circle. Accomplish those things there. This is combined with fire. Up to here, the method and function of practicing the letter Ra are being discussed. The mantra practitioner abides in the mandala of Ra, and if he practices those mentioned by name, with or without the characteristics of the assembly offerings arising from other tantras and conceptualizations, then the sun and so on will be accomplished, and he will listen to any command. Ha, this is truly supreme. From "Ha, this is truly supreme" to "Making all demons upside down, all causes are without conditions," the practice of Ha, as well as merits and mandalas, etc., are being discussed. Ha, this is truly supreme, meaning that all dharmas manifest in the way of cause and effect, and their nature is truly supreme. That is also manifested from the wind, meaning that it arises from the mandala of wind, or that the mandala of wind arises from it. It is cause, action, and effect. Whatever seeds are born, it destroys everything, together with its retinue. This is showing the result of meditating on its nature. Ha, meaning that it is visualized as having a head circle, all dharmas are in the way of cause and effect, and both grasping and being grasped have no object. Cause refers to afflictions such as ignorance. Action refers to good and non-good deeds done through the three doors of body, speech, and mind. Effect refers to their fully ripened results, such as bad realms and bad destinies. Whatever seeds are born, refers to the fact that cause and action also produce aggregates. All of these are emptiness without object, so they will become destructive. Its form is also being described, the color is black, the light is blazing, rotating in a terrifying and burning flame, constantly shaking and burning. This is showing the form of the letter Ha itself, which is also the mandala of wind.
