Manifesting enlightenment in Bodhi is not for the sake of one sentient being, not for two, not for three, but for the sake of embracing all realms of sentient beings with compassion, and manifesting enlightenment in order to fully protect them, so it is said. That he teaches the Dharma according to the thoughts of sentient beings means that although the Tathagata manifests enlightenment for the benefit of all sentient beings, not all sentient beings become vessels for the Dharma taught by the Tathagata. The Tathagata teaches the Dharma in accordance with each individual's faith, which is teaching the Dharma according to the thoughts of sentient beings. Therefore, it is said, Secret Lord, those who have not become accustomed to the Great Vehicle, if they see or hear this practice of mantra, some sentient beings will not generate faith. Why? Because they have not previously become accustomed to the infinite doors of the Great Vehicle's mantra practice. Therefore, there are two types of Bodhisattvas: one who practices in the gate of the Paramitas, and one who practices in the gate of mantras. Among them, the Bodhisattva who practices the Paramitas also practices the practice of mantras, and the Bodhisattva who practices in the gate of mantras also practices the Paramitas. However, there is also a distinction between them: one primarily cultivates mantras and secondarily cultivates the Paramitas; the other primarily cultivates the Paramitas and secondarily cultivates mantras. Thus, both practices are of the nature of the Great Vehicle. If sentient beings have not entered such a Great Vehicle in previous lives through the gates of listening, thinking, and meditating, and have not diligently practiced, then even if they hear the Dharma in the manner of mantra practice, or see mandalas, etc., they will not generate faith and joy. If the practice of mantras and the practice of the Paramitas have been previously cultivated, then faith arises in both. If one has become accustomed to the practice of mantras, then seeing or hearing the Paramitas also generates joy and faith. If one has become accustomed to the practice of the Paramitas, then seeing or hearing the practice of mantras also generates joy and faith. Therefore, it is said, whoever has previously become accustomed to the place of arising of the infinite doors of the Great Vehicle's mantra practice should cultivate it.

It is called. Therefore, one should become accustomed to this kind of practice of the Great Vehicle mantra. One should have faith in this practice of mantra and become a vessel for it, but others cannot. The arising of limitless doors refers to the qualities of the Great Vehicle itself, such as the arising of the qualities of the Buddha, such as strength and fearlessness, and the arising of many kinds of doors, such as vidyadharas, wrathful deities, and messengers. Those are Vajrasattva, which refers to those beings who have become accustomed to such a Great Vehicle, whose minds are very stable, abiding and immovable, and are not disturbed by demons and so on. Those beings' minds are like vajra, so they are called Vajrasattva. For the sake of those beings, although these numbers will be taught, because such beings are very rare and will not appear in large numbers, a certain number will be held. However, the teacher has great compassion and must vow to embrace all sentient beings without exception throughout the kalpas, because it is the cause of the seed of enlightenment. Like this, who will take care of sentient beings who have no refuge? The number mentioned above refers to disciples who are to be matured into accomplished practitioners or teachers. For other sentient beings as well, one should generate great compassion, and even if they are placed in the mandala, they will not become teachers or accomplished practitioners, but if they are placed in the mandala and generate bodhicitta, then because they will become the seed of the cause of enlightenment, they will be embraced without measure or limit. Then, summon them, give them the three refuges, proclaim the non-doing of evil deeds, and so on, until: Abiding in the two truths, this is the supreme Great Vehicle, if practiced properly, it will be attained. In between, it describes the order of completely embracing the disciples on the night before drawing the mandala, which is also nine kinds. What are the nine? Confessing sins, giving refuge, causing them to take the vows of wisdom that are free from obscurations in the three times, giving incense and flowers, causing them to chew wood, tying the thread around the arm for protection, generating joy, causing them to look at dreams, and teaching the Dharma, etc. Those.
