It is to show the greatness of the great being's self. Showing the great being also means that there are two kinds of sentient beings who listen to the Dharma: those who follow the Dharma and those who follow faith. Among them, those who follow the Dharma do not discriminate against the speaker, but only distinguish between the good and bad of the Dharma. Those who follow faith believe that the speaker is superior, and show that the one who needs it is superior. The perfection of the place is also, is it because the Bhagavan dwells in such a place that he appears great? Or is it shown as superior, in order to gather beings who follow faith. The perfection of the retinue is also, the Bhagavan does not dwell alone, but is it because he dwells surrounded by such a retinue that he appears great or superior, showing his superiority, for those who follow faith, there is no need for such a superior person, because they are happy to hear such a person, so it is shown in order to gather the sentient beings who initially follow. Explaining the place is also for three reasons, namely because it is a superior person, and by remembering and practicing the qualities of such a place, it can be accomplished, and it is a place built by the Buddha and Bodhisattvas, which will become a stupa. The superior person is what was said above. The perfection of the retinue is also threefold, namely showing the Bodhisattvas of such a superior person, such as Vajradhara or Immaculate Space, etc., are the superiors held by the listeners, and showing that those superior listeners dwell, is the freedom of the Bodhisattvas who gather. The person is what was said before. The need is that this tantra is the tantra of Vairochana Buddha's manifestation of enlightenment, and if one practices in the mandala of self-nature, great power, water, etc., and practices in the order of the activities said, one can manifest the explanation and obtain unreserved bliss, because there is such a need. Like this, the eleven perfections are gathered like this. Among them, the Bhagavan Tathagata's blessing refers to the fact that the Tathagatas of the past, future, and present all dwell on the essence of Bodhi, and the meaning of the word blessing is dwelling. The essence of Bodhi mentioned here is the past and future

Now, all the Buddhas, in order to dispel doubts about many Buddhas residing in the world, have elaborated in detail on the summarized meaning, so there is no need to elaborate further. The Great Vajra refers to the Vajra itself, which is not ordinary but supreme, sacred, or great. Vastness refers to the house with the Vajra being spacious and vast, or it refers to the numerous Vajras themselves. What is called the arising of the Dharma realm refers to the aggregates, realms, and sources of Dharma within it. The realm refers to the conventional characteristics of phenomena such as the nature of aggregates, which are immeasurable by forms, and their nature is emptiness. Realizing the nature of emptiness is called arising. Vajra holders gather all. This means that the Vajra is the wisdom that destroys untrue views, and the Bodhisattva who possesses such wisdom is the Vajra holder. The word 'gather' is spoken in the context of the perfection of the place. Bodhisattvas who are not Vajra holders are not excluded from gathering there, but since this is a discourse on mantras, the Vajra holder is primarily mentioned. Vajra holders also hold for three reasons: to separately show the door to liberation, for the asceticism of vidya, and to become a limb of offering. The mudras of lotuses, etc., held by Bodhisattvas born from the Paramitas, should also be understood as separately showing liberation. The so-called Tathagata is extremely fond of and plays in various ways, which means that when Bodhisattvas practice, they are fond of and aspire to such places, and having obtained them as they wished, they practice, which is playing. Without edge or center and with a high peak means that because there is no attachment to the edge, there is also no attachment to the center. The high peak refers to being like the Ushnisha of the Tathagata, with the peak invisible.
