The perfection of manifest assembly is called Vajradhara's all-encompassing assembly. The perfection of the vastness of the front palace's peak is called the Tathagata's play through faith, boundless and with a high peak. The perfection of color is called the manifestation adorned by the great king of jewels. The perfection of form is called the great front palace of the king of jewels. The perfection of the seat is called sitting on the lion throne of the body of a Bodhisattva. These are the eight perfections, and this is the second. The perfection of the retinue refers to Vajradhara, stainless as the sky, and then to Samantabhadra, Maitreya, Sarvanivaranaviskambhin, Manjushri, and so forth, which should be understood. The perfection of the teacher is the teaching of the scriptures and the Dharma that has been attained. That is, having completely surrounded and placed in front, the Tathagata, who has transcended the three times, is blessed by the sun, and with the wisdom place of the equality of body, speech, and mind, he explains the Dharma gate called. The perfection of power is the attainment of the emanation that has not been attained by the lord of yoga of the world and beyond. What was said at that time was that from then on, the great Bodhisattvas, such as Samantabhadra, through the blessings of the Bhagavan Vairochana, would enter into the inexhaustible treasury of ornaments, enjoying the equality of body, speech, and mind. The perfection of the means of benefiting others is what was said at that time, that in all times and places, through the blessings of the Bhagavan Vairochana, all the actions of the body, all the actions of speech, and all the actions of the mind, in the manner of mantras, are seen to expound the Dharma of words, like this, the Bhagavan makes the minds of all sentient beings extremely happy, and in this way, with the omniscient wisdom, he makes the world and the gods extremely happy. Furthermore, through all that is said in this tantra, one should know that the cause of the Bhagavan Vairochana is perfect, the nature is perfect, and the cause of his Bodhi is perfect.

The perfect assembly, the perfection of nature, and the perfection of the blessing of the manifestation of enlightenment, these have been said before, so they are not repeated here. Therefore, it should be seen that the eleven perfections of the Bhagavan Vairochana are all contained in this tantra. In other sutras and tantras, there is the saying, "Thus I have heard." The reason why it is not mentioned in this tantra is that the subduer, the time, the uncertainty of the place, and the listeners and compilers, such as Samantabhadra and Vajrapani, are the main retinue, so "Thus I have heard" is not mentioned. The reason for explaining this tantra is that the Bhagavan Vairochana, the perfect Sambhogakaya, manifests the blessing of the body of enlightenment, and is always present in the heart of enlightenment, so it is explained. Because the time and place are certain, it is not said "at one time." The listeners are not those who take Samantabhadra and others as the core of hearing, but the retinue is the main one, so it is not said "Thus I have heard." What is mentioned in the sutras and other treatises is that the Bhagavan, the perfect Sambhogakaya, also abides in uncertain times and places. Sometimes he abides in Akanishta and expounds the Dharma, and sometimes he abides on the summit of Mount Meru and expounds the Dharma. Similarly, the Nirmanakaya sometimes abides in Rajagriha, and sometimes abides in Shravasti and other places to expound the Dharma, so the time and place are uncertain, so it is said "at one time" and so on. The listeners are also those who take the noble Shravakas and others as the core of hearing, not the retinue as the main one, so it is said "Thus I have heard." The eleven perfections of the Bhagavan Vairochana can also be summarized into four types. What are the four? They are: the individual, the place, the retinue, and the need. Among them, the Bhagavan means that the afflictions and the two obscurations of knowledge, even the habitual tendencies, are completely cut off by wisdom, so that they no longer exist, which is the meaning of "destroying." Secondly, it also refers to destroying the hordes of demons. In short, abandoning the afflictions and the two obscurations of knowledge also refers to the body of manifest enlightenment, because he has been born.
