Now, for the sake of sentient beings, it abides constantly in a completely non-inverted manner. Alternatively, for as long as the practitioner remains in samadhi, the essence also remains unmoving and constant. The so-called "Great Protector of Mantras" is, as before, blazing with a golden color, abiding in stainless samadhi, unbearable to look at like the sun. This refers to how to recognize it, saying that the essence has a golden color and is accompanied by light. The so-called "stainless" is emptiness from the nature of the result, free from obscuring thoughts such as knowledge and afflictions. The so-called "abiding in samadhi" means that it is impossible for the syllables of the letters to abide through the meditation of samadhi. Therefore, when the practitioner is in samadhi, it is said that the essence abides. The so-called "unbearable to look at like the sun" means that it is said to contemplate it as having splendor, just as the sun is surrounded by rays of light and the eyes cannot bear to look at it, so too, contemplate this essence as being surrounded by its own radiating light and difficult to see. In short, in the heart, contemplate a mandala of a mirror, and in the center of that mandala, contemplate the essence as having a golden color, and contemplate the light radiating and pervading the practitioner's body. Contemplate that the radiating light gathers together, and one's own body, like glass, becomes the body of a Buddha. Even so, contemplate that the essence abiding on the mandala of the moon also abides in the heart as before. Therefore, it is said: "It blesses all these beings, pervading them with blessings, entering into the outer and inner." Here, the "all these beings" refers to the five aggregates of the practitioner, all of which are pervaded and blessed by this essence. Among them, through the outer blessing, the outer body entirely becomes the body of a Buddha. Through the inner blessing, it abides in the heart on the mandala of the moon. Alternatively, the "all these beings" refers to the deities of mantras such as the noble Manjushri and Avalokiteshvara, all of whom are pervaded by it, transforming their forms into a common form.

Also, one should contemplate the inner letters A, etc., within the lunar disc, because the essence arises from being blessed by this. Thus, transforming one's entire body into the body of a Buddha, if one meditates on the essence together with the lunar disc in the heart, one will become a knowledge holder endowed with the body of Samantabhadra. Having become so, beings with fortune who see the body, hear its speech, and contemplate its mind will accomplish the meanings as they are contemplated, which will be explained below and combined with it. From "Act as a mirror itself" to "One's own body is good," one should know that in the heart is the lunar disc and the mirror itself. From "contemplating the letters" is also the method of transforming into the body of Samantabhadra, that is, "Act as a mirror itself" means that the mirror contemplated in the heart is not another object of the mirror, but the mind that is as it is, which is called the mind, and one should know that the wheel of the mind's mirror appears as it is. Wisdom is also that of those very ones, which means that in the next moment after becoming the wheel of the mind's mirror, the mind that clearly realizes and completely offers is called wisdom, and wisdom is called mind because it realizes the essence. The mantra practitioner, with the eye of wisdom, having gazed into the mirror, the self is extremely peaceful, and the characteristics of the Buddha are like that. This refers to the wisdom of the next moment, when one single-pointedly realizes the lunar disc with the essence, in the manner described above, from the light of that essence radiating and gathering, one sees one's own body transformed into the characteristics of the body of Samantabhadra. Therefore, it is said, "On the body, make the form of the body," that is, on my body, make the form of the body of the Bhagavan, which is the method of contemplating the external body as the body of the Buddha. "Arising from the mind" means contemplating the wheel of the mirror and the essence arising from my mind, which means that when transforming from the external into the body of the Buddha, internally one should also contemplate the lunar disc with the essence.
