Not distinguishing with all discriminations, thus it is said. Who receives the empowerment of the Great Vehicle? From "Who receives the empowerment of the Great Vehicle?" to "The essence of great power," it explains the request of asking by what wisdom one can know. Generally speaking, the mandala of the Great Vehicle arises with great compassion, and there, possessing the practice of empowerment, as well as calm abiding and insight, one can know this essence. Who receives the empowerment of the Great Vehicle? Entering the mandala where great compassion arises, that is, by what practice can one receive empowerment in the mandala where great compassion arises, one can know this essence. Vehicle means to go, to go to the self-nature mandala, the characteristic of non-cessation, or to go through the gate of this image mandala, which is the mandala where great compassion arises. Great, is usually universally proclaimed, but here, the body mandala and the speech mandala are both characteristics of the conventional, so they are not called great, while the mind mandala is the self-nature of the ultimate, so it is called great. In short, it means receiving empowerment in the secret mandala. Receiving empowerment in the secret mandala, as previously said, possesses the five vows, and also possesses the three empowerments. Thus, the practice of gradually cultivating the three mandalas will be perfected. The one who is upright and gentle, the practice is not limited to receiving empowerment in the secret mandala alone. Here, like the higher practices, the behavior of the practitioner arising from recitation, upright, means that there is no hypocrisy or deception in the heart. Gentle, means without arrogance and hatred. Upright and gentle, corresponding to samadhi, means possessing calm abiding. Who is constantly endowed with compassion, and never regards enlightenment as a goal, means that if there is no wisdom, only calm abiding, it will also not become a goal, meaning possessing insight. Compassion, causes all sentient beings to be free from suffering, thus.

The Bodhisattva of suchness does not look at things, but possesses superior insight in emptiness. Only those who possess superior insight and calm abiding will know this powerful essence. The place is in its heart essence, from "Lord of mantras, great power" to the question of "Where is the place of the great hero?" This is explained. The practitioner should first visualize all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas appearing, prostrate and worship, and confess sins in front of them, etc., and perform the mudra of vows in sequence. Visualize a white lotus with eight petals in your heart, and on it visualize the wind wheel as clear as a mirror. In the center, visualize the Bhagavan Hundred Syllable Mantra "ཨཾ" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Roman transliteration, literal Chinese meaning), like an image appearing in a mirror, visualize its extinction there. This is a summary of the explanation of the place. In terms of meaning, the place is in its heart, where does the Lord reside? It means that the Lord's place should be in the practitioner's heart. From "Eight-petaled lotus born from mind, extremely beautiful lotus" to "The mentioned mandala is like the moon", it means that the so-called Lord's heart is to visualize an eight-petaled lotus born from the mind in the heart, extremely bright and white, and on it visualize the moon wheel, and in its center visualize the Lord. Therefore, it is said that the mentioned mandala is like the moon. "Immaculate like a mirror" means that although the moon is also white, it has dust and shadows, and it is not clear, so in order to visualize it clearly. Visualize the heart essence that is extremely immaculate like a mirror, and the image appears. "Always abide in it" means that the heart essence always abides in the mirror, and should enter into it. The meaning of abiding is that the ultimate nature and the conventional nature of the body are both empty. The ultimate nature, that is, the wisdom of suchness, abides permanently in the unchanging perfect form. In the mundane world, the form of the body, the body of the Bhagavan, the indestructible adornment, by the power of past karma, how long is the boundary of samsara,
