The so-called wise who teach the conduct, the practice of Bodhisattvas, here refers to the training with skillful means. "Conduct" refers to attainment, because relying on this training can attain the desired meaning. "Wise" means being fully grasped by skillful means and wisdom, unlike the Shravakas, like the conduct mentioned above, obtained through training. If one dwells well in this, one will enter the lineage of the Mahayana, meaning: the conduct of Bodhisattvas, the training of the wise who are fully grasped by skillful means and wisdom, if one dwells well in this, it is called entering this training, those Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who enter this training will enter the Mahayana well, listen to it. Vajrapani, the Bodhisattva should abandon killing, and between abandoning wrong views, the names of abandoning the ten non-virtuous deeds mentioned will be explained below. Vajrapani, if one studies the training places of Bodhisattvas, then it is the same as the Buddhas, World Honored Ones, and Bodhisattvas, meaning that one has studied their conduct, meaning: if one studies the aforementioned training places, then one has studied the conduct of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and obtained the position of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, so if one studies this training place, then the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas also equally study in the same conduct. Therefore, Vajrapani asked the World Honored One in this way, and between how is it different, Vajrapani asked, if this teaching is also preached to the Bodhisattvas, Shravakas, and all sentient beings in the world, then what is the difference? The so-called worldly dwellers do not refer to ordinary worldly people, but to those who use things etc. as the door to enter this teaching. The so-called what is the difference is asking about the difference in the nature of the training place. How is it different is asking about the cause, which is connected to what is said below. Vajrapani, listen to me explain the difference between the conduct and the Dharma principles spoken in the conduct.

That is to say, the world, Sravakas and Bodhisattvas are different in the way they are taught, based on the differences in their ways of thinking. The way is the same because it is shown that the nature of the ten virtues is the same. Secret Lord, for example, the learning taught to the Sravakas is related to wisdom and means. The so-called "following the teachings" is not just a one-sided understanding. Therefore, they are not the same as the ten virtuous deeds. This is because the Holy Sravakas act according to the teachings taught by the teacher. Unlike Bodhisattvas, they combine their own wisdom with rational principles and do not act arbitrarily. Because of the lack of means and wisdom, and the knowledge of being trapped in the state of selflessness, they only stay on one side, so they are not the same. The so-called "worldly people are attached to their own things and are influenced by external conditions" means that worldly people regard everything such as birth, death, happiness, suffering, and learning as "my" things. Starting from thinking "I", they enter learning because of this cause, and because they rely on "I" things, they are not the same. Bodhisattva Mahayana practitioners, for sentient beings, enter all dharmas equally. Knowledge, in the ultimate sense, is entering the equality of the nature of emptiness of all sentient beings. In the conventional sense, it is entering the equality of the nature of all dharmas being like illusions. The so-called "not being influenced by external conditions" means not being influenced by external conditions that are attached to the self, unlike worldly people. The so-called "completely mastering means and wisdom" has already been said before. The so-called "acting for the benefit of both oneself and others" means that completely mastering means and wisdom, such learning, one also practices oneself, and also uses the four ways of gathering to gather others and guide others to practice. Therefore, it is not the same as the learning of worldly people, Sravakas and Bodhisattvas. Therefore, Secret Lord, Bodhisattva Mahasattvas should be like mastering wisdom and means.
