The mandala of wind is placed in meditative absorption, as previously explained. In particular, contemplate that one's own body is connected to the touch of wind. Food is always eating wind. That is, food should also be adapted to this. If the wind flows inside and it is thought to be secretly blocked, one will not feel thirsty, hot, and parched, which is called eating wind. To this, bind the wheel mudra. The reason for saying "wheel" is that it has the nature of rotating and moving, so it should be adapted to the wind. In order to be able to control the mind, recite the mantra, as previously stated, recite according to the order of controlling life and effort, etc. From "From the great powerful one and the essence of water" to "The perfect Buddha will become perfect," abide in the mandala of the great powerful one and the mandala of water. Practice the asceticism of wisdom. From the essence of each mandala of the great powerful one and water, contemplate as before. The lower body is contemplated as the nature of the great powerful one, as before. The upper body is contemplated as the nature of water. Food should also drink both milk and water, and recite for a month. The so-called "abandoning gain and not gaining" means that one is not happy even if one gains, and one is not unhappy even if one does not gain. From "combining with wind and fire" to "abandoning gain and not gaining," abide in the mandalas of both wind and fire, and practice the asceticism of wisdom. Above the wind mandala is the fire mandala, contemplate from the seed syllable (Tibetan: རཾ་,Devanagari: ,IAST: ram, Literal meaning: ram). Contemplate one's own body, the upper body burning like the nature of fire. The lower body is also contemplated as the nature of wind as before. Food should also be made a little of the preparation of wind food as mentioned above. Even without taking fire food, one should do a little, and recite for a month. All of these should be combined with one's own deity image, and it should be known that the color of the deity image should also be like the color of each mandala. For a month, controlling life and effort and reciting, it should also be explained according to the order said at the time of the great powerful mandala. From "Gods such as Indra and Brahma" to "Benefiting all sentient beings."

How does one know its boundary in between? The answer to the question is the explanation of power. If one sees such a mantra practitioner who possesses such asceticism of knowledge, such as the gods like Indra and the flesh-eaters and gluttons, one should prostrate from afar and protect the mantra practitioner. The mantra practitioner will also do whatever is needed, and the medicines of the gods will also gather in front of the mantra practitioner, listening to orders, and the medicines that seekers cannot find will also be seen there. The obstructors and the seven mothers and other frightening beings will also prostrate from afar, and the abode of the mantra practitioner will appear like a blazing fire, like the Buddha Bhagavan, gaining power over the world and those beyond the world, subduing disharmony like Vajrapani, like the great compassionate Avalokiteshvara. That is for those who recite for six months, the desired fruits ripen as desired, and they are always brave in protecting themselves and others. That is one who abandons Dharma and non-Dharma from time, place, and activity. Please, Lord, tell me the extent of how quickly it transforms. That is the explanation of contemplating the mandala of Mahadeva and others in stages. In six months, without relying on time and so on, one will attain accomplishments that benefit oneself and others. The limit for attaining such accomplishments is six months. After that, Vajrapani again asked the Bhagavan about mantras and mandalas, etc. That is the explanation of the reality of the Acharya. If the Acharya knows what the essence of the mantras and mandalas is, he will become an Acharya. Therefore, the essence of the place of origin of the mantras is explained. First, the reality of the Acharya is explained. Therefore, Vajrapani also asked: What is the essence of all mantras? How does an Acharya act? To that, what is the essence of all mantras? It refers to "A A" (Tibetan: ཨ་ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ अ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a a, Chinese literal meaning: A A), which refers to mantras and so on, and is declared as the essence. Connect with it and so on. Acharya
