Etc. The special feature of the resident monks is that when the Blessed One enters into Samadhi, the ultimate truth and the conventional truth will appear. Therefore, the name of that Samadhi is "Universally Manifested." "Considering the future beings" refers to the completely pure Bodhisattvas such as Samantabhadra and Vajrapani, who know these as they are, but for the benefit of future beings, it is not that there are real objects, but only through the power of the mind, various forms appear. As soon as the Blessed One entered into Samadhi, from that time on, this Buddha land became as flat as the palm of the hand. This is because when drawing a mandala, it is necessary to level and clean the high and low ground etc. beforehand. This shows the method, so "Buddha Land" refers to the three thousand great thousand worlds of the Saha world. "Becomes as flat as the palm of the hand" means that the Buddha land has no mountains and canyons etc., and becomes flat. This sentence shows that future beings should level the ground like the palm of the hand when drawing a mandala. From "door frames and stables are decorated with five kinds of jewels respectively" to "the soft and pleasant sound of various musical instruments is widely spread" indicates that the Buddha land is also decorated with these decorations after becoming flat. This shows that after the ground of the mandala is stable, it should be decorated with stables, door frames, umbrellas and flags etc., and decorated with drawings. Mentioning the fragrant pond with eight qualities indicates that the mandala is drawn near water such as ponds. The pond with eight qualities, that is, the water is cool, clear, sweet etc., and the Bodhisattvas enjoy it with their minds according to their accumulated merits. "Having houses and countless palaces" means that the Buddha land is born from Tara, and the Bodhisattvas each have cushions, houses and pavilions etc. according to their respective merits. This also shows the mandala.

Therefore, there, it has been explained how the bodhisattvas and other deities should be established in their respective positions. From "born from the faith of the Tathagata" to "bodies that perfectly generate merit arise," it refers to the fact that in the center of that Buddha-field, the Tathagata resides on the lotus king, and the body, speech, and mind of the Tathagata entirely teach sentient beings the Dharma through wisdom. That is to say, in the center of the mandala, the Bhagavan Vairochana Buddha resides, surrounded by the Buddhas, and it should be established in this way. Therefore, "born from the faith of the Tathagata, sealed with the sign of realizing the Dharmadhatu" refers to the distinction of the lotus king, that is, born from the faith of the Tathagata, as previously stated. Realizing the Dharmadhatu refers to the pure wisdom of suchness, and sealed with its sign means that it should be known as white by the sign of pure wisdom. In short, the Tathagata blesses with pure wisdom, appearing as the great lotus king. In its center resides the body of the Tathagata, which means that from the wisdom of suchness, the nature of the Dharmadhatu, the body of the Bhagavan Vairochana Buddha arises. Showing the Dharmadhatu means becoming the nature of emptiness. Thus, although the Bhagavan has become the nature of emptiness, it is not as if he has entered nirvana without remainder, but by the force of past vows, although without conceptual thought, he shows all worldly activities. Making the intentions and faith of sentient beings all satisfied. From "born from the faith of invincible power and the ten powers" it means that the bodies born from the body of the Bhagavan all have invincible power. That is to say, when the Bhagavan was in the causal stage, he generated faith in the nature of all Buddhas—the ten powers—therefore, the fruit stage achieves the ten powers. The nature of possessing various colors and shapes refers to many bodies.
