A mandala should be made in which great compassion arises and letters revolve. In the secret mandala, empowerment by mind is actually taught, so it should be understood that the first two are not necessary. These are only briefly explained here in terms of words, but to ascertain the meaning, it has already been explained in the condensed meaning. From "the five kinds of vows" to "do not call others vows," it speaks of the order of those who have vows. Among them, students generally enter the mandala, some enter because they want to become vow-holders, some enter to practice, and some enter because they want to become teachers. Among them, entering because they want to become vow-holders means entering any of these three mandalas. Once they become vow-holders, they do not need to see the other two mandalas. Those who want to practice and become teachers should know that all three mandalas need to be seen. "Seeing the mandala itself is called knowing one vow," which means that the meaning of vow here is the meaning of not violating the rules. Seeing any one of the three mandalas is called having one vow. If he has previously cultivated bodhicitta, then he should be given mudra and mantra. If he has not previously cultivated bodhicitta, then he should not be given mudra and mantra, therefore it is said, "He has not been given mudra, and likewise he cannot receive mantra." In this way, after entering the mandala, instead of giving mudra and mantra, he is made to cultivate bodhicitta. Once he is accustomed to it, then mudra and mantra are given, so it is said, "The difference of bodhicitta lies in receiving mudra and mantra." "Seeing the mandala is also called two vows," which means that after becoming accustomed to bodhicitta in this way, he is again made to enter the mandala, and mudra and mantra are given. This is called having two vows. "Seeing the mandala mudra, and also entering into activity, the teacher has not given prophecy, this is also called knowing the vow," which means that he has seen the mandala, and also heard the tantras and distinctions, etc., but has not been prophesied by the teacher to be a teacher. This is called knowing three vows. Mudra Man

Drawing mandalas, etc., at that time, it is shown as in the ritual. For those who have not received mantra initiation, secret wisdom will arise. It means that initiation is performed for both the mandala of generating great compassion and the two mandalas of the wheel of letters and the mandala school, or in any one of them. Writing and explaining mudras and mandalas, etc., those who show them to others as in the ritual, initiation is only in the mandala, that is called knowing the vows. The mantra practitioner is properly initiated, in the center of the secret mandala, one should know the five kinds of knowing the vows. It means that initiation is also performed for the two upper mandalas, and initiation in the secret mandala is called the five kinds of knowing the vows. Do not call others vow-holders, it means that if you do so, it is different from what is said above, and if you violate the ritual, do not call them vow-holders. From "who always meditates" to "is called seeing the truth", as before, please ask "how is a Bodhisattva?" "How is an omniscient one?" "How is one who sees the truth?" The explanations of these are as follows: Who always meditates, on the ascetic Bodhicitta, does not cling to the three places, is also called a Bodhisattva. It means that whoever always meditates on the Bodhicitta, the three places of body, speech, and mind, or the three places of the desire realm, the form realm, and the formless realm, destroys them with the entering Bodhicitta, making them without clinging, that is called a Bodhisattva. For sentient beings, generate skillful means, completely enter the meaning of sentient beings, the action of non-clinging, one should know as the best of the victors. It means that after obtaining the action of non-clinging, stand up from it, knowing all dharmas as illusory, benefiting sentient beings with skillful means, that is called the omniscient one, obtaining the action of non-clinging. At the time of practicing intention, the dharmas of the entering Bodhicitta are destroyed, and when abiding in the nature of emptiness of the abiding Bodhicitta, in the ultimate sense, all dharmas are also without clinging, and in the relative sense, all dharmas are also confused.
