It is called "Increasing". Among them, "unstoppable" means that the Vajra ornaments such as the indestructible body of the Blessed One are unobstructed by anything. "Place" refers to the body of the Blessed One. "Power" means that being unobstructed in this way becomes power. "Blessing" refers to the indestructible body of the Blessed One, etc. That which has become the unobstructed power of Vajra is blessed as the nature of the mudra itself. As soon as the Blessed One entered into samadhi, such a power of mantra appeared, called "the power of all unstoppable, the power of unequal and equal, entering the vow". Among them, "unstoppable power" is as mentioned above. "Unequal power" means that the unstoppable power itself is not equal to anything. "The power of entering the vow" means that the meaning of the vow has been said before. Entering the vow means that the nature of the indestructible body, etc., the mandala will not become the object of practice for lower beings, therefore, it becomes its blessing, if this vow's mudra and mantra are bound and recited, it is as if naturally seeing the mandala, so it is called entering. Secondly, if those who protect the vow decline, if this vow's mudra and mantra are done, it is as if seeing the mandala, just doing that restores the decline from the vow, and again enters the vow, so it is called entering the vow. Thirdly, if the vow mudra and mantra of entering the mandala are done, because of entering, it is called entering the vow. Secret Lord, this vidya queen is proclaimed by all the Tathagatas, saying this, it is as if seeing the place of all Buddhas, the nature mandala, so it is called proclaiming the place of all Buddhas. Secondly, even if the mandala of the image is depicted, this vidya is recited to indicate, or if this vidya is recited, that mandala of all Buddhas will be seen, so it is called proclaimed by all Buddhas. It does not transcend the boundary of the three Dharma paths, the three Dharma paths refer to the body, speech, and mind of the Tathagata.

Or is it the inexhaustible adornment of Vajradhara? The three bodies, that is, the path of those three bodies, are actions such as keeping vows. That path does not go beyond these. The so-called "perfected pāramitās and bhūmis" means that after entering that vow, offering to the Bhagavan, etc., gradually perfecting the pāramitās such as giving. And, by that power, the bhūmis will gradually increase, therefore it is said to perfect the bhūmis and pāramitās. The vow of all Buddhas, abiding in this mudrā, means the meaning of the vow, does not go beyond the protection of the vow, or enables the realization of the inexhaustible body, etc., or enables the complete attainment of those bodies, those are offered and realized through this mudrā, therefore it is said to abide greatly in this mudrā. This mudrā is the great mudrā, the various practices of the dharmadhātu. It means that the emptiness of the dharmadhātu is symbolized and realized through this mudrā, therefore it is called purifying the dharmadhātu. This mudrā is supreme auspiciousness, and is also called the wheel of Dharma. Turning that wheel of Dharma, the protectors of the world liberate beings. It means that after blessing in the dharmadhātu, Vajrasattva is blessed in order to turn the wheel of Dharma. Supreme auspiciousness refers to Vajrasattva himself, the auspicious Vajrasattva turns the Dharma and the attained Dharmas, after becoming Vajrasattva through that mudrā, the Bodhisattvas, the protectors of the world, also turn the wheel of Dharma.

It is the name of speech, that is, the Buddha's speech is the Dharma that is free from dust, attaining the peace of Nirvana. Buddhas and Bodhisattvas proclaim. This is the supreme lotus, which is the immovable vajra seat of the protectors, all Buddhas. Wherever the protectors attain enlightenment, that is birth and Bodhi, it is of the Buddhas. This is to say that the lotus mudra is the seat of all Buddhas, and wherever the protector Buddhas attain enlightenment, they abide on this seat, and the Bodhisattva sons of the enlightened Buddhas are also born from this lotus. The great mudra vajra cross can open the cities of ignorance, it is the wisdom of the Buddhas, established by gods and non-gods. This is to say that it is the wisdom of the immediate path of the Bhagavan, blessed as the vajra mudra, destroying the cities of ignorance, that is, destroying ignorance and the retinue arising from the mind with wisdom, it is called the great crown mudra. Called the crown. Therefore, as soon as it is bound, it becomes the lord of the mudra. This is to say that the Bhagavan's great man's mark, the crown, is blessed as a mudra, and as soon as it is bound, it becomes the main Buddha, which is to say that the mudras are mostly gathered and transformed into the form of a deity, and with just one, it can be transformed into the form of a deity, and merely binding this crown mudra can also transform it into a Buddha body. Called the urna, it is the constant mudra of the supreme king. After binding in this way, they become supreme victors. The Bhagavan's great man's mark, the urna arises from between the eyebrows, and if one stretches a single hair, it can pervade all places in the three realms, exhausting from the center to that place, this mudra is blessed, and merely binding this one can also transform it into a Buddha body. The mudra of the bowl is just a repetition of the verse itself. Fearless for all sentient beings, he breathes out from it. Whose vast seal is bound
