This is praise through the nature of the past, that is, to the nature of all dharmas that are unborn and unceasing, to the non-abiding nirvana I prostrate. Then, because Vajrapani requested the Buddha to explain the mandala, he said: From "World Honored One, I beseech you thus" to "please explain," the meaning is that I understand that the World Honored One has explained the rules of the mandala. Because Vajrapani possesses the dharma of attainment, it is said that after the World Honored One hears the explanation of the law of reason, in order to accomplish the benefit of sentient beings and perfect the mantra dharma, this is unreasonable. Why? Because abiding in the nature of attainment, hearing the law of reason, accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings, etc., is unreasonable. It is not so, on the one hand, it is to praise the World Honored One's explanation of the Dharma as precious and honorable, because the World Honored One has explained this Dharma, even those who possess attainment like Vajrapani will gain the difference of merit after hearing it, let alone others? This is to make the world know. On the other hand, although Vajrapani possesses the dharma of attainment, he also hears the law of reason from the World Honored One, and even if he benefits sentient beings, there is no fault. Afterwards, because the World Honored One does not abide in nirvana, it is unreasonable for the words of explaining the Dharma to arise from entering into non-discrimination, or the words of non-discrimination will be lost. In order to avoid such disputes, the World Honored One also explained the Dharma with the complete enjoyment body and the emanation body, and in order to show that the samadhi of non-discrimination has not been lost, the first point is explained. From "world" to "the maturation of karma." Among them, the first worldly person to explain the Dharma is to show that it is not impossible to explain the Dharma from the nature of non-discrimination. Among them, the first worldly person refers to two kinds, namely pure and impure. Among them, pure refers to the bodhisattvas of the first ground, which is to show that it is not impossible for them to appear earlier and later manifest to explain the Dharma.

Since it is for the initial worldly enlightenment, those are called the former worldly ones. The immediately following worldly things are that when the world first arose after being destroyed by the great kalpa, Brahma and Indra, etc., appeared first, so they are called the first worldly ones. To them, the Bhagavan taught three kinds of Dharma, therefore, they proclaimed the Bhagavan as the protector of the world. What are the three kinds of Dharma that were taught? The Dharma of no equal, the Dharma of peace from the beginning, and the Dharma of no superior. These should also be viewed in terms of the distinctions of entry, union, and fruit. Among them, 'no equal' refers to the Dharma of entering the unsurpassed. What abides in characteristics? The ten virtues that were granted and the virtuous Dharmas such as generosity. Since these are not the same as the worldly non-Buddhist teachings, they are called 'no equal.' 'Peace from the beginning' refers to the order of practicing Buddhahood, since all Dharmas are produced by causes and conditions, it is shown as 'peace from the beginning.' Among them, 'no superior' refers to the fruit of entry and union, showing the state of non-abiding Nirvana. Although the Dharma is taught and explained in this way, in order to show that there is no falling away from non-discrimination, it is said, 'Thus blessed,' and so on. Among them, 'Thus blessed' means that, like the Bodhisattva Samantabhadra's mind being completely pure, etc., as the Bhagavan urged with the blessings of light, etc., after being blessed in this way, it is shown that the body residing in the essence of Bodhi is seen. How is the seeing of the body of the essence of Bodhi seen? Like the sky, without elaboration, and so on. 'Another sky' refers to the nature of self-luminous and stainless, which is the nature of praise itself. 'Without elaboration' means abandoning all the conceptual thoughts of the mind consciousness of the past year. 'Joining practice and non-duality' means practicing the wheel of Dharma with body, speech, and mind, and joining the body of the essence of Bodhi with non-duality, that itself
