What was said is, from then on, The Blessed One spoke up to "the queen of knowledge will appear." Then, the Blessed One Vairochana looked at the assembly that protects all, where "protecting all" refers to the bodhisattva Vajrapani of the assembly, who is for the purpose of protecting and saving all sentient beings. Or, another explanation is that possessing all refers to the assembly itself possessing all. There are two ways of looking, looking at the assembly is the natural law, that is, in order to encourage the sentient beings gathered in the assembly, and to observe whether they are capable of becoming vessels of Dharma. In this case, what is not needed for the assembly will be explained later. Looking at the realms of all sentient beings with the eyes of great love and great compassion means that the Blessed One, who does not abide in Nirvana, is always free from all conceptualizations, so observation and conceptualization do not arise. However, due to the power of past aspirations, and the blessings of the great compassionate mother and great love, observing the realms of all sentient beings is for the purpose of liberating those who are not liberated and maturing those who are not matured, therefore intending to explain knowledge. Abiding in the samadhi called "immortality," where "immortality" means not being subject to death, which is the Dharmakaya emptiness. Because samadhi arises in dependence on this, it is called "arising from immortality." Or, immortality itself arises from this samadhi, meaning that the wisdom of the Dharmakaya arises from enlightenment. From that samadhi, he abided and proclaimed knowledge. The Blessed One said that the queen who is not attached to the three times arises from all the limbs, where all the limbs of the Blessed One refer to arising from all the limbs of the complete enjoyment body and the emanation body, as well as the essence of the enlightenment body. Because of abiding in the emptiness, non-conceptual samadhi, knowing the lineage of the words spoken from the mouth, it is said to arise from the limbs. Among them, the power of not being attached to the three times means that for the past, future, and present times, the emptiness is the realm of Dharma.

The powerful arising focused on that place is the ultimate truth. By the power of this mantra, all those who oppose demons cannot create obstacles, which is the conventional truth. "Mantra" means wisdom. In this context, it refers to the wisdom of enlightenment. "Queen" (རྒྱལ་མོ་) is so called because the wisdom of enlightenment is the most supreme among all wisdoms. Therefore, this mantra is also blessed by the wisdom of the very nature of enlightenment. Regarding the manifestation of the nature of that mantra as a form, it is said: Son of noble family, this mantra is the realm of activity inseparable from the body of the Tathagata. Among them, the body of the Tathagata refers to the Dharmakaya, and the realm of activity of this mantra and the Dharmakaya are inseparable because their objects of focus are similar. In order to show the great power of this mantra, from "blessed" to "cessation of suffering" (in the text), it means: When this mantra blesses all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, those Buddhas and Bodhisattvas attain the unobstructed Dharma of non-abiding Nirvana, and all cessation of suffering. The "Buddha" mentioned (in the text) does not refer to the unsurpassed perfect Buddha, but to the Bodhisattva who has attained the ten bhumis and obtained the ten powers. Bodhisattvas refer to those who abide on the noble bhumis other than that. "Unstained Dharma" refers to the nature of non-abiding Nirvana, and it is called unstained because it is free from the two obscurations of afflictions and knowledge. And what is it like? That is, "where the aspect of suffering ceases," meaning that the suffering of the five aggregates does not exist in that Dharma of Nirvana. Thereafter, the Bhagavan declared that the wheel of practice of the mandala of letters should be explained. From "Thereafter, the Bhagavan Vairochana" to "abiding in engaging in the activities of the Buddha." Among them, "remember all the Tathagatas" means that no matter what later beings and future beings do, they should first remember the Tathagatas, which is the prophecy (of the Buddha). I and Vajrapani from the beginning...
