Thus, two ways are shown. Among them, the dull-witted, from the very beginning, abandon the path that is solely the worldly path, and enter the path of realizing the selflessness of persons. Afterwards, they refute the one hundred and sixty kinds of worldly minds that have characteristics such as desire, thereby realizing the selflessness of persons. One should expand on desire, the mind free from desire, hatred, loving-kindness, ignorance, and so forth. After one hundred and sixty worldly minds have passed through three kalpas, a supramundane mind arises. For example: This is merely a skandha; I have never existed. The city of the senses is harmed by the elements; the world vanishes meaninglessly. And so forth, everything that is said in between. The yogi with sharp faculties, from the very beginning, eliminates the notion of self and so forth, as well as the skandhas, elements, sense bases, and the distinctions of grasping and being grasped. Having transcended the one hundred and sixty worldly minds, they enter into the selflessness of persons and phenomena. Secret Lord, for those who do not rely on other Mahayana practitioners, a mind of selflessness of phenomena will arise. Why? Because, like this, when these previously used places of the skandhas are completely destroyed, in order to fully understand the essence, perceptions like illusions, mirages, reflections, echoes, fire wheels, and cities of gandharvas arise. Secret Lord, therefore, even the selflessness of phenomena that is controlled by the minds of those should be abandoned, and so forth, everything that is said. Therefore, one of the dull-witted and sharp-witted should become accustomed to the path of selflessness of persons, or when the sharp-witted become accustomed to the path of selflessness of phenomena and persons, the dull-witted yogi, with the abandonment of the one hundred and sixty worldly minds such as desire as a precursor, gradually enters into the fruit of stream-entry and so forth, and after obtaining the eight fruits, then for the skandhas and so forth themselves, illusions like

Entering into the nature of things like lotuses, etc., because of being separated from all concepts of the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, one will only realize the characteristics of these very peaceful emptinesses. Thus it is said, Secret Lord, even for those who abide in the supramundane mind, there will arise the thought that the aggregates, etc., exist. When, at that time, detachment from the aggregates, etc., is generated, they will be liberated by perishing like bubbles, water bubbles, and mirages. For example, having completely abandoned the aggregates, elements, sense bases, the grasped and the grasper, one will realize the nature of reality, the essence of peace. Secret Lord, the connection between the supramundane mind and the eight differences between the inverted and non-inverted mind, and the connection with the net of karma and afflictions, such as "yogis," etc., are extensively explained. Among them, regarding the mind of desire, etc., I will clarify from the door of the meaning summarized in the manner of being briefly revealed in the scriptures. Among them, what is the mind of desire? As it is said, "The greedy one appears in all dharmas," this verse of the tantra will be briefly summarized and its classification will be revealed. Among them, whatever attachment and clinging there is to the objects of the characteristics of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch that are experienced in the desire realm, and similarly, whatever attachment and clinging and tasting there is to the form and formless realms, the uncontaminated, meditation, samadhi, absorption, liberation, etc., that is what is considered here as the sound of desire. If a certain sentient being has a mind arising from the characteristic of desire and is endowed with it, then it is considered to be a greedy person. What does such a person do in order to obtain the objects that have not been obtained as described above, and to increase and expand the objects that have been obtained? As it is said, "Appears in all dharmas." The word "dharma" means that it is dharma because it удерживать (Russian, to hold back) from falling into the abyss of the evil realms, hells, hungry ghosts, and animals, that is,
