Having blessed them with mantras, the many vast and sacred clouds that arise from the realm of Dharma, in front of all the Buddhas, at that time, constantly descend like rain. To other ordinary gods, proclaim these flowers, and offer them according to how one understands one's own mantra lineage. Thus it is said. Here, "flowers, incense, worldly," it is said to indicate external offerings, because the external offerings of flowers and so on depend on limbs, therefore it is called worldly. "Flowers born from fingertips," and so on, are shown to be the conduct of mental offerings. Here also, "the many vast and sacred clouds that arise from the realm of Dharma, in front of all the Buddhas, at that time, constantly descend like rain." This directly shows the conduct of offering to be made mentally in the mandala of self-nature, and for that very reason, "to other ordinary gods, proclaim these flowers." Thus it is said, the word "ordinary" is to hold those who draw the gods who transcend the world in the mandala of the earth, because external offerings such as flowers will be blocked to those who draw the gods who transcend the world in the mandala of the earth, the word "ordinary" does not hold the worldly ones such as Vishnu and Brahma. In this mandala, worldly gods such as Vishnu and Brahma, however famous they may be, are not depicted. Here, in the central mandala, whatever differences there are between the worldly gods, should be regarded as beings who are emanations of the Bhagavan Vairochana, as it is said, "Having completely separated the mudras of the gods of the world and beyond, from this, such as the secret lord, are born from the Tathagata's belief in the Tathagata, and have become the signs of Bodhi, the immeasurable mudras," and so on, it is extensively said, the order of offering the four offerings is as follows: first, one's own karma vajra.

Then, contemplate the mind. Purify the external offerings such as incense and flowers with the letter of the Dharmadhatu, and consecrate them with the mantra of the heart of the noble Achala. Consecrate the offerings such as incense and flowers with the mantras of the offering mantras. Then, protect the mandala drawn on the ground. Then, bind the mudra of the samaya, recite the mantra of the samaya, and also contemplate the self-nature mandala in the direction of the sky. Like having life, contemplate in your mind how the image mandala is drawn on the ground. For the deities drawn, bind their respective mudras, recite their mantras, and quickly meditate on them. Then, perform four kinds of offerings. The order is, first, kneel on both knees on the ground, join the palms in reverence, this is the offering of reverence, the first. Then, in the manner previously described, offer with incense and flowers, etc., which have been properly proclaimed, this is the characteristic of the external offering, the second offering. Then, from the eight secret mudras that are opened in sequence, bind the mudra that produces all the limbs as described. Contemplate that all the Tathagata mandalas abiding in the infinite realms of the world, all the excellent and unparalleled limbs of offering, will surely arise from the practice of the Bodhisattva Samantabhadra. Then, manifest the Bodhicitta, rise and recite the wisdom mantra of Akashagarbha three times, this is the characteristic of the mind offering, the third offering. Then, perform two kinds of offerings that cultivate loving-kindness and compassion, the method is as follows: With the root of virtue of all the good deeds I have done, may all the sufferings of all sentient beings in the lower realms be completely pacified. May all the perfections of the world and beyond arise. This is the fourth offering, showing the offering of cultivating loving-kindness and compassion for all sentient beings. Now I will explain the ritual of receiving disciples.

This should be done. Among them, the characteristics of a student are as previously stated, namely, the special characteristics, the general characteristics, and the characteristics called detailed distinctions, which are divided into three types. These students, whether or not they have previously received vidyā-mantras, should be introduced into the mandala. Among these, just because they have not seen the mandala before, in order to receive vows before receiving vidyā-mantras, entering the mandala is one situation. Another situation is to pursue the supreme, intermediate, and inferior accomplishments. After being introduced into the mandala, if the bodhicitta has not been made familiar, it should be made familiar, and efforts should be made to engage in practice that is preceded by vidyā-mantras. There are also some who, whether or not they have previously made the bodhicitta familiar, have not received vidyā-mantras and secret mantras, and whose minds are made very firm by the wisdom arising from hearing and thinking about the speculation of vidyā-mantras and secret mantras. They are introduced into the mandala that produces the essence of great compassion, or the mandala of revolving letters, in order to pursue the empowerment of a master arising from it. Similarly, there are also some who, although they have obtained the empowerment of a master through the previously described sequence, pursue the empowerment of the secret mandala, so they are made to enter the secret mandala and receive the empowerment arising from it. There are also some who, from the beginning, hold vows, whether or not they have received vidyā-mantras, and similarly, whether or not they have obtained the position of a master, simply in order to increase their own merit, they view any mandala. There are also some who, in order to pacify the harm of obstacles, etc., or because they desire wealth, are happy to view the mandala. Therefore, these people naturally become vow holders from the beginning because they have seen the mandala. Others, because they have not seen any mandala, are not vow holders. Therefore, for the time being, let us first explain the common ritual for these students to enter the three mandalas. Among them, first, the student's
