The practice of prostrations and examining the mandala body. The meaning of this should first be understood as follows: First, contemplate that all phenomena are free from dust. From that nature, contemplate a moon mandala on each of the divisions of your own fingers. On top of that, contemplate Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) on the thumb, Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) on the index finger, Trāṃ (藏文:ཏྲཱཾ,梵文天城体:त्रां,梵文罗马拟音:trāṃ,汉语字面意思:创) on the middle finger, Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) on the ring finger, and Aḥ (藏文:ཨཿ,梵文天城体:अः,梵文罗马拟音:aḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) on the little finger. On the fingers of the left hand, also contemplate in order: Laṃ, Maṃ, Baṃ, Paṃ, Taṃ. And the basis from which they arise, contemplate the sun and moon in the palms of the right and left hands, and on top of that, contemplate Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and Tha. That is the nature of emptiness and wisdom, and from that part, the letters above arise. Then, joining the palms, with the Vajra Añjali, make those letters meet each other. Vajra Bond)", crossing the fingers, contemplate the rays of light of those letters mingling. Vajra Bond Traṭ)", contemplate cutting, and contemplate that the light of those letters burns those sinful deeds. By cutting three times, contemplate burning the sins of body, speech, and mind. Then, again, by saying "Oṃ Vajra Āveśa (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཝེ་ཤ,梵文天城体:ओँ वज्र आवेश,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra āveśa,汉语字面意思:Oṃ Vajra Enter)", the mudra should be bound. Binding the Vajra Samaya, cutting with the thumb at the base of the ring finger, with the light of the letters of the thumb and ring finger, urge Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) and Tha, and with that light, urge the ten letters. With that light, urge the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, and from the sky in front, bring down A into your own body. Then, stabilize it with this: Tiṣṭha Vajra Dṛḍho Me Bhava Śāśvato Me Bhava, Hṛdayaṃ Me Adhiṣṭha, Sarvasiddhimme Prayaccha Hūṃ Ha Ha Ha Ha Hoḥ (藏文:ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ་དྲྀ་ཌྷོ་མེ་བྷ་ཝ་ཤཱ་ཤོ་ཏོ་མེ་བྷ་ཝ། ཧྲྀ་ད་ཡཾ་མེ་ཨ་དྷི་ཏིཥྛ། སརྦ་སིདྡྷིམྨེ་པྲ་ཡཙྪ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧ་ཧ་ཧ་ཧ་ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:तिष्ठ वज्र दृढो मे भव शाश्वतो मे भव। सर्वसिद्धिम्मे प्रयच्छ हुं ह ह ह ह होः,梵文罗马拟音:tiṣṭha vajra dṛḍho me bhava śāśvato me bhava। hṛdayaṃ me adhiṣṭha। sarvasiddhimme prayaccha hūṃ ha ha ha ha hoḥ,汉语字面意思:Stay Vajra Firm Me Become Eternal Me Become, Heart Me Abide, All Accomplishments Me Grant Hūṃ Ha Ha Ha Ha Hoḥ). Thus, it becomes entered into one's own heart. That also becomes abiding as a friend. Then, the Vajra Muṣṭi, binding the Vajra fist of samaya, one should say this: Oṃ Vajra Muṣṭi Vaṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་མུཥྛི་བཾ,梵文天城体:ओँ वज्र मुष्टि वं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra muṣṭi vaṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ Vajra Fist Vaṃ). After that, say: Oṃ Sarva Apāya Ākarṣaṇi Saṃśodhana Vajra Samaya Hūṃ Phaṭ (藏文:ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཨ་པ་ཡ་ཨཱ་ཀཪྵ་ཎི་སཾ་ཤོ་དྷ་ན་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ,梵文天城体:ओँ सर्व अपाय आकर्षणि संशोधन वज्र समय हुं फट्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ sarva apāya ākarṣaṇi saṃśodhana vajra samaya hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ All Lower Realms Attracting Purifying Vajra Samaya Hūṃ Phaṭ), and one should attract the lower realms. Within the two Vajra hand gestures, the two index fingers are bound, and well thrown upwards, it is the sacred method of raising up from falls. sarva apāya। bandhana। pramokṣaya। sarva apāya gandhebhyaḥ sarva satvānāṃ sarva tathā,汉语字面意思:Oṃ Vajrapāṇi Shatter, All Lower Realms, Bondage, Liberation, All Lower Realms, To the Scents, All Beings, All Thus).

Ā ga ta vajra samaya traṭ. Saying this, bind the mudra of severing sins, and all sins will be severed. The vajra binding is tightened, the two middle fingers are joined together, and the tips of the four last fingers are joined. It is known as destroying sins. So it is said. Now, the body is to be generated. When looking at the external environment, this container world is made of minute particles. If the six directions are broken down, even a minute particle cannot be obtained. Therefore, contemplate in the state of great emptiness. If you examine the mind that holds onto the inside, the mind is not made of anything. Its nature is clear light, and it is meditated upon as the essence of the letter A. Then, from that A, the nature of all Buddhas, in the form of images, A Ā. I Ī. U Ū. Ṛ Ṝ. ḷ Ḹ. E AI. O AU. Aṃ Aḥ. Completely entered, like crystal and moon. As it says in the scripture: The true essence is immaculate like the sky. It is liberated from all evil destinies. It is the supreme remover of conceptual thoughts. So it is said. The essence to be realized is: Om citta prativedhaṃ karomi. Then, visualize your own secret mantra residing on the moon disc, and all the qualities of the Buddhas, in the form of star-like images, etc., the letters Ka, etc., completely enter, becoming a second moon disc. Om bodhicitta utpādayāmi. That is, with compassion for the poor, completely taking hold of sentient beings is the perfection of all virtuous dharmas, and it is certain to subdue all afflictions. In the center of the moon disc is the second bodhicitta. So it is said. Then, in the center above such a moon disc, Hūṃ, at the end of which is the mantra of purification, or the rosary of the Muni mantra, those are also like a rotating garland of lights, with movement, and with light and rays, etc., even though consciousness does not abide, it is meditated upon as if abiding. From that, with the emission and absorption of light rays, it is visualized as a five-pointed vajra. Om tiṣṭha vajra. So it is said. It is also said: Bodhi for countless kalpas is the nature of the Dharma that is collected. The supreme Dharma is countless. Practice is the supreme practice.

Knowing the difference between ground and non-ground is the stainless wisdom. In the center of the lunar mandala, it is observed by the Vajra Dharma nature. Thus it is said. From this, rays of light are emitted, and with the yoga of gathering, all the wisdom that is free from all elaborations such as the five wisdoms, and all the Vajra realms of the body, speech, and mind of all deities, are gathered in the heart, making it stable. With "Om Vajra Ah Hum (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra āḥ hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Ah, Hum)" it becomes stable. It is also said, what is the body of all Buddhas? It is stainless and without appearance, uncreated and unborn, pure, abandoning the unreal and so on, this formless Dharmakaya is unbreakable and indestructible. The Vajra nature arises excellently, the Vajra body is unsurpassed. Thus it is said. With "Om Ya Tha Sarva Ta Tha Ga Ta Sta Tha Ah Hum (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ ya thā sarva ta thā ga tā sta thā āḥ hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om, Thus, All, Tathagata, Thus, Ah, Hum)" it transforms into the body. Its body color and so on abide in the color of pure gold. The two hands make the gesture of turning the wheel of Dharma. Visualize it as having the appearance of a renunciant. It is also said, body and such conduct, taming and such realization, the five aspects of manifest enlightenment, are the lord of all Buddhas, the excellent one. Thus it is said. After that, bless it, visualize a vajra in the heart, a jewel in the forehead, a lotus in the secret place, a crossed vajra on the crown of the head, and the mudras of Vajrasattva Mother and so on. Bestow empowerment with the mudra of the jewel sprout. Thus, after generating oneself as the deity, contemplate the mandala of the inner mind. Connect it with the phrase "arising from the complete yoga" and so on. Complete yoga arises in an instant. That is, with the mantra and mudra of the Vajra wheel. If asked how many deities are in the mandala, the answer is: all are pure, a total of twenty-one. If asked who is the main deity, the answer is: Shakya Lion. If asked what kind of form it is, the answer is: visualize oneself as Shakyamuni Buddha, that is its essence. If asked what to visualize in its heart, the answer is: immediately after that, visualize in order. Connect with these and so on. Combine the mandala of the inner mind and the mandala of accumulating merit into one, that is, also make a mandala in its center.
