Place the woman's knee on the ground, form the vajra mudra with joined palms, cross the two index fingers, extend the two thumbs, hold the remaining three fingers in the palms, and hold it at the heart. I beseech the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, the Tathagatas, the Vajras, the Jewels, the Lotuses, and all those who abide in the Karma lineage, as well as the mudras, secret mantras, vidya mantras, dharani mantras, and all the deities of the mandala of the Bhagavan who completely purify all the lower realms, to pay attention to me. I, the Vajra Acharya, named so-and-so, confess all sins individually before the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, the Tathagatas, the Vajras, the Jewels, the Lotuses, and all those who abide in the Karma lineage, as well as the mudras, secret mantras, vidya mantras, dharani mantras, and all the deities of the mandala of the Bhagavan who completely purify all the lower realms. . And I greatly rejoice in the merit of the Bodhisattvas, the noble Hearers, the Pratyekabuddhas, and all sentient beings. To those Buddhas, Bhagavat, in the ten directions who do not turn the Wheel of Dharma, I pray that they turn the Wheel of Dharma. All those Buddhas, Bhagavat, in the ten directions who wish to pass into complete Nirvana, I beseech them not to pass into Nirvana. May all sentient beings of the three realms abide on the irreversible path for the sake of the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas. Then, taking refuge in the Three Jewels and so on should be done. Holding flowers in the hand, one should say thus: Supreme Bhagavat, best of the two-legged, Buddha who is like a vajra, to the Bhagavat Vairochana, I respectfully take refuge. Perfectly pure, the best of attachment, the sacred Dharma like a lotus, to the definitive words, mantras, and mudras, I respectfully take refuge. Emancipation, pure, the best of assemblies, the Sangha like a jewel, to the mandala of gods and goddesses, I respectfully take refuge. Just as the protectors of the three times, generate perfect Bodhi, the unsurpassed Bodhichitta, I shall generate. In the vows of Buddha Yoga, the training of discipline, and the gathering of virtuous Dharmas, and the three disciplines of working for the benefit of sentient beings, I shall firmly uphold. Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, the unsurpassed Three Jewels, from today onwards, I shall uphold. In the great supreme Vajra family, the vajra, bell, and mudra also, I shall truly uphold. The teachers also I shall uphold. In the great supreme Ratna family, in the pleasing samaya, every day in six periods, I shall always give the four kinds of generosity. Born from the great Bodhi, in the great supreme Padma family, the three vehicles of outer, inner, and secret, all the sacred Dharmas also I shall completely uphold. In the great supreme Karma family, in order to possess all the vows, I shall truly uphold. I shall also do as much as I can of the work of offering.
