The Ritual of the Mandala of Auspiciousness, Completely Purifying All Bad Rebirths - A Garland of Compassion. Written by Kunga Nyingpo. The Ritual of the Mandala of Auspiciousness, Completely Purifying All Bad Rebirths - A Garland of Compassion. Kunga Nyingpo. In Sanskrit: Śrīsarvadurgatipariśodhanimaṇḍalanopikakṛbaāvalīnāma. In Tibetan: The Ritual of the Mandala of Auspiciousness, Completely Purifying All Bad Rebirths, called A Garland of Compassion. I prostrate to the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Complete Buddha, the King Who Completely Purifies All Bad Rebirths. The source of auspiciousness, the body of all Buddhas, Having completely conquered all defilements, With eyes of compassion, perfectly beholding beings, I pay homage from the gate of complete purity. The supreme garland of compassion that severs the suffering of successive rebirths, I will explain the ritual of the mandala. The yogi of the great tantra king, the Bhagavan Who Completely Purifies All Bad Rebirths, who has become a vessel, will gather the ritual of the mandala by gathering all vows. First, the yogi, who is supremely devoted in mind, desiring to accomplish the auspiciousness of completely purifying all bad rebirths, Should sit on a comfortable seat, generate the mind for the sake of all sentient beings, and having bathed with incense and so on, should especially believe that all dharmas are without self. Then, in the direction of the throat, visualize a red lotus with eight petals arising from the letter Pam (བཾ་), and on the lotus petals of its tongue, a moon disc arising from the letter A (ཨ་). On top of that, visualize a white five-pronged vajra arising from the letter Hum (ཧཱུྃ་), and recite: Om Vajra Jihwa. (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཛི་ཧྭ།,梵文天城体:嗡 वज्र जिह्वा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra jihvā,汉语字面意思:嗡,金刚,舌。) Again, on the two feet, on the moon disc arising from the letter A (ཨ་), visualize one white five-pronged vajra arising from the letter Hum (ཧཱུྃ་) on each, and recite: Om Vajra Hasta. (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཧ་སྟ།,梵文天城体:嗡 वज्र हस्त,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra hasta,汉语字面意思:嗡,金刚,手。) After that, on the soles of the two feet, visualize a moon disc arising from the letter A (ཨ་), and on top of that, visualize a multi-colored vajra arising from the letter Hum (ཧཱུྃ་), and then with Om Sarva Yoga Vajraya Hum. Visualize all limbs transforming into vajras. Then, in order to destroy obstacles, all mudras will be bound, and then the wrathful Vajra Sun, manifested from the letter Hum (ཧཱུྃ་), will transform oneself, the vajra.
