ḍākiṇi bhyaḥ svāhā. This is the mantra and mudrā of the Vajra Ḍākinīs. Then, placing a skull cup in front, oṃ sarva yoginyai svāhā. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व योगिन्यै स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ sarva yoginyai svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Om, all Yoginis, Svaha!) This is the mantra and mudrā of the Yoginīs. Having blessed with mudrā and mantra in this way, praise with the torma mantra of all beings. The verses of teaching spoken from within the Vajra Skull Cup Tantra: "Supreme ancestor of all worlds," and so on, are praised. From the request of Dpung bzangs: "Gods and Asuras, Yakshas, flesh-eating ghouls," and so on, the torma is offered with various sounds of music. Then, having made close contact, in order to pacify the faults of excess and deficiency, with the mantra of the Tathāgata and the essence of Buddhalocanā and others, perform a peaceful homa in the east of the mandala. The disciple who is very skilled in reciting the mudrā and the response to the mudrā, and oneself, should bind. These are the abbreviated rites of the mandala activity. Then, having bathed the disciple's body, anointed it with various fragrances, and adorned it with garlands of flowers, the one holding the garland of Vairocana is led into the mandala, which is to generate bodhicitta and confess sins, and so on. At the time of entering, the disciple should sing this vajra song: "Ah ho he pāda vajra cārya prabhi dha bhagavān mahā sukha, mo kṣa buraṃ trena ma me sarva siddhi suka raṃ, para su kottamā sa dvaye mahā sūtra siddhi da hi ya mi." Having done this, rejoice and be happy, and pay homage to the guru with reverence. Then, the guru should also, from outside the curtain, visualize the disciple who is abiding as Vairocana, and ask, "Hey, who is it?" And one should say, "Yes, hey, I am the fortunate one of great bliss." Then, having recited the mantra of Vajra Yaksha over the red blindfold, holding a garland of flowers with the mudrā of Vajradhara on the right, recite oṃ vajra prave jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ. Put it in the urine, and recite the essence of oṃ vajroḍaka. One should say this: "You"

Do not speak of this mandala to those who have not seen it. May you be one who has broken the samaya. This is your water of hell. Transgressing the samaya will burn, keeping the samaya will bring accomplishment. Drink this water of vajra nectar. Say this and pour it. Then, at the eastern gate, bless the three places, such as the heart, with fragrant drops for Vajrasattva and so on, and say this: Today you have entered the lineage of all the Tathagatas. I will generate wisdom in you. With whatever wisdom all the Tathagatas are attained, what need is there to mention other siddhis? There should be no doubt. Then place a vajra on his head and say this: This is your samaya. It is a vajra, but to some, if this is said, your head will shatter. Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओम्, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), Vajrasattva (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ, Devanagari: वज्रसत्त्व, Romanized Sanskrit: vajrasattva, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajrasattva) himself is now in your heart. If this is said, he will immediately depart in anger. Say this. Then give instructions: From today onwards, I am your Vajrapani, so you must do whatever I instruct you to do. Do not despise me. If you do not abandon miserliness and die, you will fall into hell. Then, with the syllable A, visualize yourself as the white Vajrasattva. After that, visualize the letter A in your own heart, adorned with a garland of vajra rays. Also, with the syllable Hum, visualize the disciple as Vajrasattva, free from dust and very pure, and at the heart, forehead, tongue, and crown, mark them with vajras, jewels, lotuses, and various vajras from Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), Tram (Tibetan: ཏྲཱཾ, Devanagari: त्राम्, Romanized Sanskrit: trāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Tram), Hrih (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih), and Kam (Tibetan: ཀཾ, Devanagari: कम्, Romanized Sanskrit: kaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Kam). With the gesture of opening the door, open your own heart and the disciple's heart. Then, extract the syllable A from the vajra residing in your own heart, and insert it into the center of the vajra residing in the disciple's heart, visualizing it filling the entire body, and say this: May all the Tathagatas bless you, may Vajrasattva descend upon me.
