At the center of the sixteenth (lotus petal), create (a mandala) with the mandala of the five Tathagatas and eight pillars such as vajras. Make him free, seal with the four mudras, bless him, make him happy, and then settle him. Likewise, all (deities) should also be known in the same way. The east of Vairocana in the center (of the mandala) is that this mandala can completely purify all the evil realms. The south is Ratnaketu. The west is Shakyamuni Buddha. The north is Pushpaketu. In the corridor outside the door, the five supreme goddesses of the five excellent objects of desire, such as form, should be arranged. The right hand holds a skull staff, and the left hand holds a lasso. The Hayagriva is red in color, with the right hand holding a lotus and the left hand holding a skull cup. The Nectar Compounder is green in color, with the right hand holding a vajra and the left hand making a threatening gesture. The Blue Staff Holder is blue in color, with the right hand holding a blue staff and the left hand holding an iron hook. The Victorious Over Others is white in color, with the right hand holding a sword and the left hand holding a human head. The Victorious Over the Three Realms is blue in color, with the right hand holding a vajra and the left hand holding a bow and arrow. All of these are clad in tiger skins, with bared fangs and terrifying faces, seated on corpses with their left legs extended. On the eight petals to the north are the retinues of messengers, with the faces of lions, tigers, owls, crows, snakes, deer, and pigs, in accordance with the order, residing in accordance with the colors of their respective lords, holding human hearts and entrails in their hands. Outside of that, on a wheel with sixty-four spokes, the sound of "Om Vajra Vega Ja Samaya" (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་བེ་ག་ཛ་ས་མ་ཡ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra vega ja samaya,汉语字面意思:Om, Vajra, Swift, Born, Vow) arises, the power of the vajra pervading everything. On the lotus, on the four petals starting from the east, are placed Dhritarashtra, Virudhaka, Virupaksha, and Vaishravana, in the attire shown in the worldly mandala. On their left sides are placed the Earth Lord, Yama, the Water God, the Fire God, the Rakshasa, the Wind God, and the Truth-Denier, arranged with the colors and hand implements shown in the mandala of the directional guardians. On the left side of that are placed the Sun, the Moon, Mars, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, and Rahu. Then, again starting from the east, in accordance with the order, are placed the Pleiades, Rohini, Mrigashira, Ardra, Punarvasu, Ashlesha, Magha, Purva Phalguni, Uttara Phalguni, Hasta, Chitra, Svati, Vishakha, Anuradha, and Jyeshtha.
