能从所有恶道中救拔，能遮止八种非时而死，是天之业国王胜妙的等持。所有清净恶趣之神，也唯有从恶趣中救拔一切有情，此外别无其他。此乃事业之王。事业的随行，从下文出现的内容中可以知晓。念诵是柏香根本的种类。从中，四个时段各念诵一百万遍，或者出现验相时，或者得到允许时，或者完成数量的念诵。之后首先要进入坛城的事业，地点与心意相合，依次做好净地和持地，然后加持坛城，守护，使之具有自主权，用香做点，使本尊安住，加持八个或五个宝瓶，使弟子堪为法器，加持内间，加持并堆放颜料，这些从上下文中可以知晓。颜料从具力者的方向开始，首先是白色，然后是蓝色，然后是红色，然后是绿色，所有颜色之中，要知道黄色在中间。轮是四辐的，做成白色或者黄色。在它的中央，祈请世尊寿命、福德、智慧之聚和无量光辉安住。东方轮的辐条上是金刚手，左边是忿怒尊大笑，右边是虚空藏大笑，后面是观世音自在尊大笑。所谓在如来光芒的坛城上书写明咒，就是要书写根本和心咒等善妙的心髓。放置五个灌顶宝瓶和八个供养宝瓶。灌顶宝瓶是转轮王，用主尊等咒语加持后放置。八个供养宝瓶则用铁钩等咒语加持。五种焚香等供养，以及从焚香宝瓶中念诵一切咒语“瓦日ra 亚夏 吽 (བཛྲ་ཡཀྵ་ཧཱུྃ།，वज्र यक्ष हुं，vajra yakṣa hūṃ，金刚 夜叉 吽)”后，放置在具力者的方位。此外还有供品等幡、幢、胜幢、拂尘、网和半网。

That which rescues from all the evil destinies and averts the eight untimely deaths is the samadhi of the supreme King of Divine Action. All the deities who purify the evil destinies have no other function than to liberate all sentient beings from the evil destinies. That is the King of Action. How to engage in action will be known from what follows. Recitation is of the juniper root type. From that, one should do a million recitations in each of the four sessions, or when signs appear, or when permission is obtained, or complete the number of recitations. Then, one should first enter into the work of the mandala. After purifying and holding the ground in accordance with the mind, one should bless the mandala, protect it, make it have ownership, make a drop of incense, make the deity abide in the seat, bless eight or five vases, make the disciple worthy, bless the inner space, bless and arrange the colors, which should be known from above and below. The colors should be started from the direction of the powerful one, the first is white, then blue, then red, then green, and in the middle of all, yellow should be known. The wheel is four-spoked, and should be made white or yellow. In the center of it, invite the Bhagavan, the assembly of life, merit, wisdom, and immeasurable splendor, to abide. On the spoke of the wheel in the east is Vajrapani. On the left, the great wrathful one laughs. On the right, Akashagarbha laughs. Behind, Avalokiteshvara, the lord, should be made to laugh. To write the vidyas on the mandala of the Tathagata's light means to write the root, the heart, and the essence of virtue. Five empowerment vases and eight offering vases should also be placed. The empowerment vase is the Chakravartin. It should be consecrated with the mantra of the main deity and placed. The eight offering vases should be consecrated with mantras such as the iron hook. The five offerings, such as incense, and the mantra of all from the incense vase, "Vajra Yaksha Hum (བཛྲ་ཡཀྵ་ཧཱུྃ།，वज्र यक्ष हुं，vajra yakṣa hūṃ，Diamond Yaksha Hum)", should be placed in the direction of the powerful one. Also, offerings such as banners, victory banners, fly whisks, nets, and half nets.
