It is also called the "Great Tantra," which enables one to understand the meaning of the head and feet. For those of medium faculties, understanding comes through distinguishing words and meanings; for those who understand, it comes through distinguishing its meaning. And that meaning itself, such as "Bhagavan" and so on. "Destroying" means permanently abandoning the two obscurations of afflictions and knowledge, thereby destroying the four maras, such as the skandha mara. "Endowed" means being endowed with six excellent qualities, hence called "Bhagavan." That is: Afflictions can be overcome by wisdom, therefore it is called the destroyer of wisdom. Because of being endowed with six qualities such as power, it is revered as Bhagavan. So it is said. Complete and perfect enlightenment refers to the completion of the five perfections and the realization that all phenomena are without inherent existence, becoming a Buddha in the nature of emptiness, and is called Tathagata, Arhat, Samyak-sambuddha. That is, in the "Secret Great Assembly High Victory Tantra" it is said: Just like the previous Buddhas' paths, through the five perfections, directly realizing Bodhi, all phenomena are without reality, from the perfect Buddha, Buddhahood is proclaimed. So it is said. That is also the nature of the three kayas, showing that the meaning of self is the nature of perfect qualities. Among them, the perfection of antidote is called the King of Glory, that is, from the heart of Bhagavan Vairochana or Shakyamuni Buddha, with the great light of the inner mind mandala, purifying all the evil destinies, hence called the King of Glory. "Observation" refers to the perfect manifestation of the skillful means mandala as various mandalas for the benefit of beings. "Therefore" it has also been said: From the non-discriminating dharmas, for the benefit of sentient beings, completely discriminating. Observation arises from discrimination, Vajrasattva is a great Bodhisattva. So it is said. Therefore, Vajrasattva himself, that is, all the discriminating deities, have all become the deities of Sarvavit (Sanskrit, सर्ववित्, sarvavit, all-knowing), and appear according to the wishes of sentient beings, in a way that benefits them. Therefore, the twelve mandalas of the Tathagatas and all the family deities exist for the meaning of complete observation. To show the perfection of benefiting others, it is called completely purifying all evil destinies.
