Then, visualizing the nature of desire as completely pure and non-attached in the manner of a vajra and lotus petals separating, cultivate oneself as the view. Recite the mantra "Ya ta vajra dharma shta ah hum," then bless it, reciting "Samaya stvam," thereby contemplating the bright circle of the moon mandala in the back. Then, in its center, contemplate the sun mandala, the mantra being "Om Vajra Surya Om." Then, in one's own heart, from the letter "A" arise the moon mandala, and upon it, generate the twenty-one deities in a complete manner. Again, in its center, generate Shakyamuni Buddha just like oneself, and then in the hearts of all those deities, upon the moon mandala, visualize the long mantra of Bhagavati. Upon it, visualize each of their root mantras. From there, light radiates, touching all sentient beings in the ten directions of the world, purifying all sins and obscurations, especially touching the three lower realms. Thus, the "Om Daha Daha" and so forth of the three lower realms, as well as "Om Paca Paca" and so forth, and "Om Matha Matha" and so forth, purify sins. With the mantras "Om Bhrita Bhrita" and "Om Trata Trata," as well as "Bidrava Bidrava" and so forth, purify the obscurations of body, speech, and mind, blessing them into body, speech, and mind. Then, summon them to the vicinity. Bless the twenty places with "Om Vajra Adhishtha Jnana Samaya Hum." Then, place it in the inner mind mandala, and through empowerment, attain the path of liberation. Then, take it out from the heart and place it upon a spotless jewel, offering it with inconceivable offerings. Then, the gods and nagas of the three realms also make offerings, reciting praises and praises of qualities as before. Then, they return to their respective places. Then, praise the inner mind mandala with praises and prostrate. Then, on one's own body, clearly visualize and examine the twenty-one deities in the twenty-one places on the body. This is the first practice and the sequence of the inner mind mandala. Now, the samadhi of the supreme mandala king is taught. That is, first, from the state of cultivating the emptiness of dharmata, first from the direction below

From yuṃ (Tibetan: ུ་ཡཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal meaning:) arises the wind mandala. Above that, from laṃ (Tibetan: ལཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal meaning:) arises the golden ground. Above that, from vaṃ (Tibetan: བཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal meaning:) arises the ocean of water. Above that, from paṃ (Tibetan: པཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal meaning:) arises an eight-petaled lotus, its roots embedded in the ground with gold. Supported by a golden turtle, the roots are held by the mouth of a great water monster. On the stem of that lotus are letters. On the pistil of that lotus, from suṃ (Tibetan: སུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal meaning:) arises a four-peaked jewel mountain. Above that, from hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning:) arises a double vajra cross with two points. Its east side is white, south side is blue, west side is red, north side is green, and the center is painted with a pattern of many jewel eyes. Above that, meditate on something equal to an inconceivable Buddha-field. From bhrūṃ (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal meaning:) arises a square palace, with four doors, complete with horse ramps and garuda doors, adorned with toranas and makaras. In its center is a golden eight-spoked wheel. The wheel has a hub, spokes, and rim. The hub purifies afflictions, the eight spokes purify suffering, and the final rim purifies actions. Furthermore, residing in the central wheel is the purification of the twelve links of dependent origination. How does it purify? Dependent origination is also contained within the three: afflictions, suffering, and actions, and the wheel is also contained within the three: hub, rim, and spokes. In the center of the hub of such a wheel is a throne of four lions. Above that is a variegated lotus. Above that is a moon mandala. Above that are hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning:) and hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization:, Literal meaning:), and at its edge, it is surrounded by oṃ sarva pāpaṃ dahana vajra hūṃ phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་ད་ཧ་ན་བཛྲ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva pāpaṃ dahana vajra hūṃ phaṭ, Literal meaning:). From that, through the emanation and reabsorption of light, arise the lotus and vajra, that is, eight lotus petals facing upwards and eight facing downwards, holding the aspects of family, means, and compassion. Above that is the vajra, that is, the nature of discriminating wisdom, holding the aspect of emptiness. From that, the rays of light emanate, gathering and dissolving all the forms of body, speech, and mind of the ten directions and three times, thus, reciting oṃ sarva pāpaṃ dahana vajra hūṃ phaṭ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་ད་ཧ་ན་བཛྲ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva pāpaṃ dahana vajra hūṃ phaṭ, Literal meaning:) becomes the condition for becoming the body. From the vajra-hand wheel mudra, it transforms into the form of Shakyamuni. Here, it is generated by this mantra. In the sadhana of the Vajra Crown Tantra.
