O, the conduct of the Vajra is said to be of the Tathagata lineage. Then the disciple should praise with the hundred and eight names and offer perfectly with all offerings. Then all disciples should be prophesied with the Mudra of Jewel Splendor and the Mudra of Praise. Om, this I prophesy you. Vajrasattva Tathagata. In order to accomplish all existence. Deliver from all the evil destinies of existence. O, Vajra Tathagata, so-and-so, Siddhi Samaya, Stam, Bhurbhuva, Spah. Then, having formed the Tathagata fist, the left hand should be in the manner of holding the Dharma robe, and the right hand should be in the manner of supreme generosity. This is the Mudra of Praise. The ritual of liberation should be known from Shri Heruka or elsewhere. Therefore, in order to destroy sins, empowerment should be conferred. Thus it is. Up to this point is the extensive ritual for the disciple to enter all mandalas. For the sake of accomplishing mantra, the mantra practitioner should thoroughly instruct the faithful disciple. It is said that in order to obtain the supreme empowerment, one should instruct what offerings there are. He also bows with faith and reverence with the crown of his head. Thus it is said, even one's own body should be offered. The above shows the order of offering, the words are clear. All the happiness of this life, thus it is said, even the happiness of the gods, what need is there to mention? In between is the display of benefits. Equal to all Buddhas and Gurus. These and others show the means of how to view the Guru. The Buddha is the Tathagata of the three times. Since he and the Guru are viewed as of the same essence, therefore he is equal to the Guru. If one despises the Vajra Guru, what does one think one will obtain? One will always obtain the suffering of the three lower realms. Therefore, one should not despise the Guru. Do not be angry with him, that is, the Vajra brothers, that is, those who received empowerment at the same time, the sisters, that is, the friends, the Vajra mothers, that is, the Guru's mothers, etc., one should not despise and bear grudges. Then, should everything be treated equally and impartially? It should not be so. To those who harm the Three Jewels. Such as these, one should not cultivate patience towards them. Even if he has done harm to him,

"The enlightenment of non-existence will be achieved," so said Kunjue Nampar Nangdze (Sarvavid Vairochana). Someone might wonder, "Are those also killed with a mind of hatred?" It is not so. Cherishing love for all sentient beings, accomplishment will be swiftly achieved. Thus it is said. Up to this point, the order of the mandala has been shown. Now, the order of practice is shown. It is mentioned, starting with "On cloth." The cloth is either medicinal cloth or cotton cloth, not defiled by sin, about eight cubits in size. Those who are well-versed in vows should draw the mandala of practice. Here, it is said, "The Tantra of the Three Kayas," so three actions are to be done. What are those three? They are: accomplishing the siddhi of the body, accomplishing the siddhi of speech, and accomplishing the siddhi of mind. Then, how should it be practiced? It should be practiced through the method of drawing. That is, the Tathagata should be drawn, as well as the Bodhisattva of that family, the Wrathful Deity of the family, and the Mother of the family. In the center of the upper part of the cloth, draw the Bhagavan Sarvavidya, with a white body, in the attire of the Sambhogakaya, with two hands in the meditation mudra, seated on a lion throne. On the right side, draw the lord of mind, the King Who Completely Purifies All the Lower Realms, with a white body, seated on an elephant throne, holding a vajra on top of the meditation mudra. On the left side, draw Shakyamuni, who is the family of speech, with a reddish-yellow body, on top of the meditation mudra, an eight-petaled lotus that is not yet open, in which resides a black vajra. Below Shakyamuni, draw the all-seeing Avalokiteshvara, with a body like the moon,

Write the four mothers, namely Locana, Navasagarmo, Mamaki, and Tara, each holding their respective emblems in their hands. The others are clear in the text. Then, offer to the painted images and consecrate them. As for the consecration, first, it should be consecrated by a mantra practitioner who possesses ten qualities, making it full of blessings, and then begin the practice in a secluded place. After that, only when signs and omens appear can one attain accomplishment. The meaning of this should be understood as follows: First, the teacher who possesses ten qualities is like this: of noble lineage, with a stable mind, disciplined conduct, great wisdom, endowed with patience, upright, without deceit, knowing the union of mantra and tantra, skilled in drawing mandalas, and proficient in the ten suchnesses. Such a person should be regarded as a teacher. It is also said in the scriptures that a teacher with such qualities can perform consecration, as the scriptures say: "Steadfast, gentle, and intelligent, Patience, uprightness, and no deceit, Knowing the union of mantra and tantra, Skilled in drawing mandalas, Knowing all ten suchnesses, This is called a true teacher, The secret mantras taught by him, Will surely be accomplished without doubt." So it is said. The ten suchnesses, even within a high assembly, are: the mandala and the supreme samadhi, the seven mudras and postures, recitation, offering, fire offering, and the combination of activities. Thus, knowing the ten suchnesses, a contemptuous mind should be rebuked. So it is said. Then, in a pleasant place that suits the mind, choose an auspicious date, constellation, and an auspicious time when the auspicious stars are moving, and begin the consecration. From the beginning, one should have all the necessary implements for consecration, such as a consecrated bathing platform, and a mandala that is suitable for consecration, and these should also be carefully examined. Then, anoint the ground with the five products of a cow and scented water, reciting the Vajrayaksha mantra completely. Then, also anoint with water mixed with fragrances to increase merit and auspiciousness.
