After receiving empowerments such as these, invite the Tathagatas. The main deity is Vairochana Buddha and so on. The retinue consists of Bodhisattvas and Bodhisattva Mothers. The attendants are worldly beings. The number is so great that it is beyond description. The invitation is done through verses, mantras, and mudras. That is, it is proclaimed thus: all the Tathagatas, and Vajrasattva and so on, up to and including the worldly beings. Let all the Buddhas residing in the Vajradhatu stacked building gather, and reside in the immeasurable and infinite palace of the mandala observed by the Vajra Master, gathering and assembling in a completely encircling manner, up to this point. Mudras and mantras possess self-nature, meaning they possess the four mudras such as self-nature and vows. That is, whatever is said to be Dharma, Karma, Mahamudra, and Karma Mudra, that is possessing self-nature. Furthermore, sixteen branches of practice are shown therein, namely, Mahamudra, Samaya, Dharma, Karma Mudra, attraction, introduction, binding, subjugation, blessing, empowerment, Samadhi, offering, essence, mudra, mantra, and vidya. These are spoken for the purpose of practicing each of Vairochana Buddha and so on separately. The deities of the mandala are practiced because four mudras are shown, hence it is called mudra. Yogis with iron hooks and so on, meaning that just as Vairochana Buddha and so on establish four mudras, those who become the agents, such as Vajra Mother and so on, should practice and make it their own. What should one say and make one's own? ཛཿ་ཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿཐུགྶ་རྗེའི་བདག (Tibetan, जा हुं वं होः,ja hum vam hoh,Attract, Bind, Subjugate, and Quell)It is said that these four letters are the general essence of all vow mudras, and are the heart essence of practice. Some believe that ཛཿ་ཧཱུཾ་བཾ་ཧོཿ(Tibetan, जा हुं वं होः,ja hum vam hoh,Attract, Bind, Subjugate, and Quell)is the heart essence of the mudra of the door guardians such as Vajra Hook. How else would one know? In order to clarify the meaning of attraction and so on. Others are ཛཿ་ཧཱ

Saying oṃ vaṃ hūṃ, with a good ritual, in your mind: place all the Buddhas on your body. This is also the case here. If you acknowledge that the essence of the gatekeepers is the four syllables, then a is the essence of descending, and hūṃ is the essence of vajra desire. The Blessed One himself explained this meaning. Then, Kuntuzangpo and others, from the manifested form, truly accomplish. After binding the supreme samaya deity, say jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hūṃ. That's how it is done. These meanings are only briefly indicated; the order of practice is as follows: Bind the vajra gathering mudra, make the sound of striking the vajra bell, and say oṃ jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hūṃ samaya, and say "Come here." Thus it is said, and many verses are also recited. Then, merely by reciting, they come to the place of dwelling, and with the kneecaps of both knees placed on the ground, the vajra palms are rotated, and the mudra of placing it at the heart in a manner of reciting auspiciousness, and offer with praises such as "Born from the sky, possessing names." Then, from the secret binding place, make the two fingers into the shape of a hook. With this mudra, open the door, and with the action mudra of the vajra hook, invite Vairochana and the lineage of purifying evil destinies to the east gate. The lineage of Ratnasambhava is near the south gate. The lineage of Shakyamuni is near the west gate. The lineage of Amoghasiddhi is near the north gate. That mudra is: vajra fist, crossing the wrists, connecting the two little fingers, and making the two index fingers into the shape of a hook. From that, the fingers facing each other is the lasso mudra, with which you invite them from their respective doors to their respective places. From that, the fingers joined together is the shape of a chain. With that, bind all the mudras. From that, the two thumbs bent inward, rotating the dwelling mudra is the bell mudra, by which you control Vairochana and others. Then, Vajra Yaksha removes obstacles, makes a screen and net, and then seals the door with a vajra fist.
