Decorated with ribbons and whisks. Bound by the seals of vajra, jewel, lotus, and crossed vajra, that is, the ornaments decorated with vajra, jewel, lotus, and crossed vajra residing on the half-moon, with this, draw lines on the corners of the mandala and on the doors and door frames. Having eight threads, meaning four directional lines and four intermediate lines, totaling eight threads. The outer steps and doors. Some say there are three doors, but I myself, through observation, have not seen three doors, but rather believe there are two doors. In the part divided into nine portions, it refers to dividing the mandala into nine portions, leaving one-third from the outer door frame. Thus, it is said to draw the lines of the outer mandala with vajra threads. Now, it shows drawing the lines of the mandala with the central vajra line, drawing the lines of the central mandala. It means, like a sandalwood peg, the lower part is a single-pointed vajra, and the upper part is like a five-pointed vajra. Recite the complete mantra of the vajra peg, strike with the vajra, and with the thread fixed to it, from the outside of the inner mandala, starting from the Lord of the Vajra Garland, draw lines clockwise. Then, draw lines clockwise on the three levels of the palace. The Dharma wheel should be drawn as a circle. The center is made into nine levels. Attached is with a table. Sixteen-spoke wheel, the places such as the Vajra Descent are made into sixteen spokes. The three levels refer to the outer vajra fence, the wheel, and the center. On the spokes of the wheel are Vairochana and twice the place of purifying evil destinies. Thus, drawing the lines, the Vajra Peak Tantra says: The square one has four doors, the wheel has sixteen spokes in order, surrounded by a vajra garland, the center of the mandala should be drawn. Thus spoke the Bhagavan. Therefore, one should not doubt this. This is also not just rotating like a wheel, the Samgraha says: The mandala is the wheel. Thus it is said, it is a general statement, it is not necessarily so. This again

In that very text, it says, "Completely encircled by the vajra line." This also should be understood as indicating that these have become distinct. Then, the peg located at the center of the mandala, extract the four syllables HŪṂ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), fill the peg's hole with the five colors described below, make it even, and with the syllable HI, generate the right eye and the left eye as the sun and moon. Gaze everywhere with the wrathful gaze and open the doors. This is the ritual of drawing the lines. Filling with colored dots, the order of the colors should be known as follows. By saying "Oṃ Vajra Citrasa Māyā Hūṃ" (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཙི་ཏྲས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra citrasa māyā hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡,金刚,花纹,幻化,吽), with the accompanying mudra, if all the colors are recited seven times, they will transform into the nature of vajra, as stated by the Great Vajradhara. The mudra for that is as follows: For the two vajra mudras, the tips of the index fingers are joined together. If this is done, then all the paint, should be summoned with a blazing gaze. After the syllable HI, bind the wrathful Tirintiri mudra and ignite it. For the white paint, the extremely fine particles of the White Tathagata should be inserted. For yellow, it is yellow. For blue, it is blue. For green, it is green. For red, it is red. Having inserted them, as previously stated, at the time of manifestly purifying with the blazing gaze, one should also begin by first applying color with the initial vajra. All the colors should be started from the direction of the powerful one, reciting the mantra "Oṃ Sarva Beti Ki" (藏文:ཨོཾ་སརྦ་བཏི་ཀྱི་,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ sarva beti ki,汉语字面意思:嗡,一切,贝迪,的) while circumambulating, and then apply the colors as one pleases. The order of applying the colors is as follows: First red, then green, then blue, then yellow, then white is within everything. The two central earth parts are white. East is red. South is blue. West is yellow. North is green. The spokes of the wheel are the color of the family. The gate porches are white, blue, yellow, and green in the east, south, west, and north. This is the order of the colors. Thus, the order of drawing the mandala is shown. Now, showing the invocation of the deities, in the center, the wise one is the All-Knowing One, and so on, it is said. In the center is the All-Knowing Vairocana, his body color white like a conch and jasmine, white and lustrous, with four faces, which are the four wisdoms.
